You make a good point. What has changed? Comey is now convinced that Trump is going to win and he needs to position himself to be viewed favorably in a Trump Administration. Back when it looked like Hitlery might win, he was safe where he was. He is no longer safe.

Im thinking probably saved classified emails to a joint laptop with 2 people without security clearence. Remember the FBI didnt have this "device" the NYPD gave it to them prolly cause it had classified info. He could do nothing but reopen.

All the other devices were destroyed.

But this goes back to my original question - would a shared laptop with classified emails really be significantly different than anything the FBI investigated earlier? They already established that she had no *intent* to send the email (yeah, right), so what's different now?

I'll speculate that Humas shared laptop, which evidently escaped the sledge hammer and bleach bit and was not part of a secret side deal assuring its destruction, contains all the missing/deleted Emails on it.

With all that shit there hopefully is a pony on it, somewhere. Or even better, a smoking gun!

It would be different if someone other than the FBI (like the NYPD) got to look through it first. If the information is in the hands of people the government doesn't control then it becomes far more difficult to sweep under the rug.

Personally, I think they found something extremely significant (basically smoking gun evidence of treason) and that revelation is in the hands of people who are not FBI. This info did come from Weiner by way of Huma and she has ties to the Muslim Brotherhood among others.

Well, one thing that is different is that the NYPD had it and gave it to the FBI. I'd imagine that the FBI doesn't know how much of it the NYPD saw and has to assume all of it. If there is anything in there that they can't ignore then they have to respond lest someone from NYPD call them out on not dealing with the info.

I hate that smile of hers. Doesn't she realize that smiling during a serious situation makes her look extremely guilty? She smiles whenever someone points out her lies. This is exactly what she did during the debates. Trump was very serious and looked presidential but she was smiling like a mental patient. I must say though, she looks a lot more worried during this press conference and the smile seems even more forced.

If she wins after all of this, Trump's talk of vote rigging will confirm it 100%.
