That doesn't sound like him. What was he saying?

I was driving and I listened to the first maybe 20 minutes. He sounded so depressed and defeated I said, aloud, "Will you just shut the fuck up!" and switched to SAT radio "Classic Rock."

Much better.

I'll tell you this, it seems everyone in France thinks Trump will lose; they don't even think it's going to be close. I know that has everything to do with the French media. I want nothing more than to just smile and laugh in my in-laws' faces come Nov. 8th.

You surprised?

I'm not. It is France we are talking about.

Here's an addition to Tonyny's post of Trump vs. Clinton rallies.

Here is Kaine in Miami last Friday. His stage was a bed of a pick up truck. Social media has the count at less than 50 people, including support staff and young kids not eligible to vote.

Maybe you should try listening to things instead of telling people who did that they don't know what they're talking about....

Eat a Snickers. I said I didn't see a lot not that you all didn't know what you were talking about. If you gave details the Easter egg hunt would be easier.

At what point did I imply that I'm surprised? I was simply replying to a post that suggested people overseas think Trump can win. From my perspective in France, that simply isn't true.

FRANKIE SAYS RELAX! A few seem to be on edge. Trumps got it, let's just bring it home.

Just a suggestion but let's not shoot at each other on this. We may not agree on every platform point, but as long as everyone is voting for Trump then we are all the same team. This is what needs to be different going forward when we win - put aside the small differences and work together for the good of the country. Not like the current politicos that foster debate so they can hide and keep on trucking in office without ever taking a stand.

We can disagree as long as we agree on the country and the big items - such as Trump as President.

If you disagree with that then f*ck you Razz

Got'cha. Well, no; I'm not surprised. Not in the least.

You know, I recall being in France exactly four years ago with my wife (not my wife at the time) and her family, and they had asked me about the election. I told them Romney was sure to win. I was quite confident. Of course we know how that went. This time I've just kept my mouth shut. I'm just too exhausted to go into all the reasons why Hillary is a vile, despicable choice and a disaster for not only the US but the world. I'd rather just drink wine and eat amazing food and not even think about the upcoming election for a little bit.

I have never seen her work or anything, I just recognize the name. Some sort of bimbo actress?

But the person who introduced her to the audience was a nearly 60 yo Madonna, who literally offered BJs to all who votes for Hillary, even going into graphic detail on technique.

This is the moral compass of liberals, particularly those in entertainment. Incredible.

At least Madonna's threat should end the anti-condom protests and get Californians back to the election. Wink

That's one way to dissuade Hillary voters.

I finally convinced my mom this evening, who is a liberal, democrat, progressive, who lives in a suburb of NYC and is Jewish, to vote for a 3rd Party candidate (and not the CROOKED one)!

I talked her through much of the Wiki leaks material and explained to her the content of the Project Veritas under-cover video's.

Surprise surprise that she was not aware of most / any of it (as she gets her propaganda garbage from the NYT's and NPR)!

That, combined with some good old Jewish guilt thrown in, that a CROOKED hillary presidency would effectively be sentence of socialist strife and misery upon her grandchildren and all posterity to follow, she relented.

I think part of the final straw may have been the exposure that CROOKED hillary will not back the Jews or Israel, as her strategy campaign strategy was to steer clear of appearances with 'those people' unless she absolutely had to.

I said that it was interesting the Trump went to Israel to meet with Netanyahu, but the CROOKED one did not.

Anyway, thanks mom, for making a better choice!!

Now, my dad on the other hand - Oy vey ist mir! Frown

I had three take aways from a portion of Rushs' show today (didn't catch all of the program).

First, during the primaries Trump was always being described as being on the "decline" or "stumbling". Not a whole lot different to how he's being described now. Never being given any credit or described accurately by the media.

Second, with 15 other candidates in the primary, DJT still had millions more votes than Romney did during his primary. Record number of new R voters registered.

Lastly, the type of people who supported DJT back this summer are not likely to now switch to the polar opposite establishment type.

FWIW, I didn't find Rush negative today. He said it's hard to explain but things just don't jive with the current media wisdom of the decline of DJT. He wasn't buying into it.

On another note:

The Blaze (forgive me):

Is Trump bringing a surprise guest to the debate tonight?

In a rare television interview, Steve Bannon, Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump’s campaign CEO, raised speculation that Trump might bring a guest to the debate tonight other than President Barack Obama’s half brother.

Bannon was the chairman of Breitbart until he left earlier this year to take an official job with the campaign. Since then, Bannon has refused any on-the-record interviews, but he talked with reporters in the Las Vegas airport Wednesday and teased that Trump might have big surprises in store for Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton at the evening’s debate.

CNN reported:

According to Bannon, the news that President Obama’s Trump-supporting half-brother Malik Obama is attending Wednesday’s debate is “just an appetizer.”

Trump will be bringing guests who “expose Bill and Hillary’s sordid past,” Bannon told CNN as he arrived in Las Vegas for the debate late Tuesday night.

When asked who comes up with the ideas to invite these guests, Bannon said, “We’re a team.”

One thing I have wondered about is with all the flight time that 757 is getting, when do they have time to do required maintenance, inspections, overhauls, etc? It's a lot more than emptying the bipp and refilling the snack bar.

When you had the votes, we did things your way. Now, we have the votes and you will be doing things our way. This lesson in political reality from Lyndon B. Johnson

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible." - Justice Janice Rogers Brown
