lastmanstandingI'm always amazed at the sheer power of sex. It has brought some of the most powerful to their knees. (no pun intended)

Be it the act itself or mere innuendo it is always the achilles heel. History has proven this time and again. I'm not even going to list the litany of scandals and powerful people that have been brought down by it.
Anything else can be overlooked and justified. But sex, or even the thought of it abhors people yet everyone engages in it in some way.
Why can't American society get over themselves sexually?
But at the same time unconventional sex regardless of age is to be tolerated. Men in women's bathrooms, girls in boys bathrooms is to not only be tolerated but demanded by the government.
Had Trump been recorded as saying he would like to fuck that male reporter in his cute little ass it never would have been released. It would have totally defused the left. Because today same gender sex, transgender, is protected. The ultimate safe zone. Dare you speak out against it you shall be forever cast out as a homophobe.
Woe be the man who verbalizes his desire for a woman or woman who verbalizes her desire for a man.
It's amazing where we find ourselves.

The Republican White Togas at Work for the Queen of Sleaze
Years ago I wrote of my contempt for the white togaed squishes of the right who flee the grounds of the forum when jackals attack their allies in order to keep their garb free of stain. This week in the lead up to the second presidential debate tonight, they’re at it again.
Just as evidence of the Clinton corruption is once again made manifest in the release of more of her emails and a closer look at the late revised Clinton foundation filings, they flee Trump because of a suspiciously timed tape of an eleven-year-old conversation with GHW Bush’s nephew, Billy Bush. If, like a toddler, you are easily distracted by shining objects. you’ll fall for it. If you’re a grownup who realizes the fate of the world and this country depend on your vote you won’t.

Elk HunterAs hard as I try, I cannot find a scintilla of outrage at what Trump said. Nothing new about men talking about women, sex, yada yada. Been going of for a long, long time and not likely to change anytime soon.
Does anyone actually believe that some measure of this topic does not take place among women as well?
Anyone sat around in a military barracks, just as one example? Just to name one place where such talk occurs.
And something from 10 years ago? Really!?!
In my view, this country has reached a tipping point of major proportions.
Whether one likes Trump, for whatever reason, or not we have one choice. Vote for him or risk losing our nation as we know and love it.
Putting 3 or 4 justices on SCOTUS over the next 4 to 8 years will be a major issue with incredible long term impact on whether our nation still exists 20-30 years from now.
Don't like Trump? Fine. Sit at home and whine about him on election day is, indeed, a vote for the hildabeast!! Like it or not.
We have truly reached a point where it is a very clear binary decision. Trump (warts and all) or the destruction of our nation.

Catherine the Great is one of those fascinating figures whose political power was often overshadowed by scandal. She did not, as popularly rumored, die attempting to have sex with a horse, but her real life was way more interesting.
She had twelve well-known affairs, illegitimate children (no one’s totally sure which ones), and made lavish gifts to her consorts. She gave one of her boyfriends more than 1,000 indentured servants!
Cut to World War II, when a very surprised group of Soviet soldiers managed to stumble on ole’ Cathy’s special room while exploring a palace. It was packed with explicit art, wooden phalluses and some insane furniture.
I'm not going to post the photos as they may not be safe for those with delicate sensibilities, but they are at the linked site for those who wish to see.

Second Amendment? Didn't Donald Trump restate his agreement with Hillary Clinton on using the No Fly List to ban the purchase of firearms, enforcing a guilty until proven innocent mentality? That sounds like a very specific threat of infringement of the Second Amendment protections...
Speaking of "misconstruing statements", seems like you missed the part where Trump also talked about "fixing" the no fly list so people would know they were on it, why, and had a means to appeal or challenge it. You know, that little thing called "due process".
Did you get your "How to quote and edit" certificate from the CNN Correspondent correspondence course?

jehzsa We are not electing a Pope. And if we were, Alexander VI would say---"he's a baby on diapers".
The ones jumping for joy today are the same ones of a week ago, a month ago, three months ago...mainly liberals, closet liberals and establishment politicians. In the meantime, Trump supporters are not swayed by the hoopla, it's not like we didn't have an inkling of it. No "I can't believe he said that!". If anything---"Oh yeah, that's him alright!".

DSgrouseI looked, but still have yet to find out if he did apologize last night. It would not make a difference for my vote, which will be for him, nor my wifes. I do wonder though if it would make a difference for others. I do not believe for a second that there are undecided voters. I do believe that there are enough wishy washy shitheads that would use this as an excuse not to show up. An apologie might go a long way to curbing that desire.

Let's not go there. Because I don't care how you spin it, but his position on the "no fly, no buy" nonsense is absolutely indefensible.
Personally, I think he's just pandering to the ignorant masses and would not actually back such an unconstitutional law if he were President. But that's just my hope.

That may be the case, my point though is all of the outrage and attention given to irrelevant words spoken 11 years ago then words spoken 2 weeks ago used as additional faux relevant "proof" of unsuitability.
I just think if you are going bring up a recent thing, you should at least be complete and in context.

TonynyTrump is right. These 10+ year old comments are really just a distraction and no doubt someone had them for a while and saved them until now to hurt him at such a critical part of the campaign.
No one who seriously supported him before is going to vote for Hillary now. Period. If you really do care about what is at stake, you're going to look at the issues and Hillary's support for open borders and free trade is enough to scare people away from her towards the Donald, even disregarding her criminal behavior. Anyone who says they are now voting for Hillary, clearly does NOT care about the issues (since they both differ so much on them) and is probably just a liberal talking smack. At the end of the day, with serious voters, it won't matter.

jljonesIf you will remember, they ran an ad looking for dirt on Trump. Best I recall, it offered lots of cash.
This is what you get. At the end of the day, none of it really matters. Those who are committed, are even more committed. Those who were never committed, it is just a valued excuse.

Yes Trump should be Family Friendly like the participants of the Gay Pride Parade or the Slut Walks in your local communities.
