This source just doesn't look legit. The author is admin1. The site is asking for writers. It says it is the "ChristianTimes Newspaper" but it doesn't appear by its articles to be either.
It previously "reported" that Beyonce was pregnant with Obama's baby. It seems more like Alex Jones than a legitimate news effort.
In its "about" page it states that it is a site for posting, among other things, "theories." Its "articles" seem to be reposts from other sources.
The story itself is filled with equivocation and words like alleged and sources say. The "ballot box" words on the containers appear to be added by a graphics program after the fact. Given a minute or two sigmonkey could turn them boxes into the General Lee.
Have you seen this story in any other place that may evidence some modicum of investigation or vetting? I just found this story being blindly repeated online by other non-professional sites.
It seems to me that big news outlets would be all over this if true.

Ok, I'll take the heat for this. I guess I was taken in by the Christian Times name and to be honest, I didn't notice the graphics on the boxes until it was mentioned.
