Yep, ready to go. ------------------------------ Knowing is half the battle! "When governments fear the people, there is liberty. When the people fear the government, there is tyranny. The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government." Thomas Jefferson

Fun to read the Amazon book reviews for Clinton's book "Stronger Together" at https://www.amazon.com/Stronge...linton/dp/1501161733 13% rate it at 5 stars 83% rate it at 1 star (lowest) One comment: Four days ago (the morning of Sept 19) there were 898 reviews of this book. By evening there were 983 reviews. The reviews were merciless and many quite funny (though mostly accurate). This morning I look and there's 209 reviews. Hmmmmm, what happened to all those other reviews? Apparently Clinton has friends at Amazon. another: I ordered this book from the Clinton Foundation for 2.5 million USD. It came with a certificate good for one free ambassadorship and a guaranteed seat on the State Department advisory board. I only give it one star because when I received the book I found all the pages had been deleted. others: This book begins well. The first sentence says, "America is great because America is good." It goes downhill from there. My experience has been that people want to know the inside truth about their role models. I read page after page looking for tips on how to ask for big payments from rich foreign money launderers, military dictators or junk food manufacturers. It was just a bunch of malarkey even more boring than a 6th grade Common Core history book. I wanted to find out how to delete hundreds of thousands of voter registrations and emails, but no such luck. This book talks about how every vote counts. As long as it's for Hillary Clinton! [seriously: I did skim it and it is sooooooo boring and these are two boring people with very little to say except "vote for me!"] Should be in the Fiction section. Delusional, egotistical, and full of lies. Unfortunately my copy has been run through Bleach Bit Why are we forced to give even one star? I am about 2/3 through reading the book and I actually don't think I have run into a single true comment, fact, statement yet. Having investigated the Clintons since the `80s, well before the existence of the public Internet I have a very good understanding of just how criminal and deadly the Clintons are. This book would be laughable if it was for the fact there are Americans that might actually vote for this woman. An orange jumpsuit always comes to mind when I think of the near term future for Hillary. The book is a joke.

One of the great joys when Trump wins is watching people like this lose their collective shit for at least the next 4 years.

Truly, the idea that there were two oppositional parties in Washington was a huge fraud. This is the man who also called Bill Clinton his "brother from another mother." Before Trump showed up, they were one big happy corrupt family of elites. http://www.cnn.com/2016/09/24/...e-w-bush-friendship/ ______________________________________________________ "You get much farther with a kind word and a gun than with a kind word alone."

The politicians live in their own cultish private "reality" where they totally lost touch with the core values and priorities of the American people. Or maybe they just don't give a crap about those values & priorities.

The Donald's already acting Presidental. Donald Trump met Sunday with Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, discussing such key issues as the Iran nuclear deal, Middle East stability and problems that the Islamic State terror group has created in the region, according to the Trump campaign. Trump, the Republican presidential nominee, met privately with Netanyahu at Trump Tower in Manhattan, while the Israeli leader remained in New York after meeting President Obama and addressed the U.N. General Assembly last week. Netanyahu also is expected to meet Sunday with Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton, who has been at her home north of the city preparing for Monday night’s presidential debate. Both candidates likely will seek Netanyahu’s support for their respective White House bids, considering Israel is often called the United States’ most important ally. U.S. presidential candidates routinely visit Israel to meet with leaders. But neither Trump nor Clinton has in the 2016 election cycle. Trump and Netanyahu are long-time acquaintances. But in December 2015, Trump postponed a trip to Israel to meet with Netanyahu after the prime minister’s office criticized his proposal to temporarily ban Muslim immigrants -- in the aftermath of several terror attacks inspired or executed by radical Islamic terrorists. Trump tweeted that he would make the trip “after I become President of the U.S.” The Trump campaign said Sunday that the nominee and the prime minister “have known each other for many years and had the opportunity to discuss many topics important to both countries,” citing ISIS, the Iran deal and Trump suggesting, if elected, continuing U.S. military aid to Israel. Trump and other leading Republicans have suggested that Obama and his administration have failed to maintain strong ties with Israel, which has provided Western nations with support and stability amid decades of Middle East turmoil. The United States also provides billons annually to Israel in military aid. Most recently, Trump and fellow Republicans have agreed with Netanyahu that the administration-brokered Iran nuclear deal hurts Israel, Tehran’s enemy, because it lifts economic sanctions without enough safeguards to ensure Iran has indeed curbed efforts to build a nuclear weapon. “Mr. Trump recognized that Israel and its citizens have suffered far too long on the front lines of Islamic terrorism,” the campaign also said after the meeting. “He agreed with Prime Minister Netanyahu that the Israeli people want a just and lasting peace with their neighbors, but that peace will only come when the Palestinians renounce hatred and violence and accept Israel as a Jewish State.” They also said Trump acknowledged that Jerusalem has been “the eternal capital of the Jewish People for more than 3,000 years” and that the U.S., with Trump as president, “will finally accept the long-standing congressional mandate to recognize Jerusalem as the undivided capital of the State of Israel.” http://www.foxnews.com/politic...te-military-aid.html

Dilbert (Scott Adams) endorses Trump http://blog.dilbert.com/post/1...ment-from-clinton-to Why I Switched My Endorsement from Clinton to Trump Posted September 25th, 2016 @ 12:41pm in #Trump #clinton As most of you know, I had been endorsing Hillary Clinton for president, for my personal safety, because I live in California. It isn’t safe to be a Trump supporter where I live. And it’s bad for business too. But recently I switched my endorsement to Trump, and I owe you an explanation. So here it goes. 1. Things I Don’t Know: There are many things I don’t know. For example, I don’t know the best way to defeat ISIS. Neither do you. I don’t know the best way to negotiate trade policies. Neither do you. I don’t know the best tax policy to lift all boats. Neither do you. My opinion on abortion is that men should follow the lead of women on that topic because doing so produces the most credible laws. So on most political topics, I don’t know enough to make a decision. Neither do you, but you probably think you do. Given the uncertainty about each candidate – at least in my own mind – I have been saying I am not smart enough to know who would be the best president. That neutrality changed when Clinton proposed raising estate taxes. I understand that issue and I view it as robbery by government. I’ll say more about that, plus some other issues I do understand, below. 2. Confiscation of Property: Clinton proposed a new top Estate Tax of 65% on people with net worth over $500 million. Her website goes to great length to obscure the actual policy details, including the fact that taxes would increase on lower value estates as well. See the total lack of transparency here, where the text simply refers to going back to 2009 rates. It is clear that the intent of the page is to mislead, not inform. So don’t fall for the claim that Clinton has plenty of policy details on her website. She does, but it is organized to mislead, not to inform. That’s far worse than having no details. The bottom line is that under Clinton’s plan, estate taxes would be higher for anyone with estates over $5 million(ish). I call this a confiscation tax because income taxes have already been paid on this money. In my case, a dollar I earn today will be taxed at about 50% by various government entities, collectively. With Clinton’s plan, my remaining 50 cents will be taxed again at 50% when I die. So the government would take 75% of my earnings from now on. Yes, I can do clever things with trusts to avoid estate taxes. But that is just welfare for lawyers. If the impact of the estate tax is nothing but higher fees for my attorney, and hassle for me, that isn’t good news either. You can argue whether an estate tax is fair or unfair, but fairness is an argument for idiots and children. Fairness isn’t an objective quality of the universe. I oppose the estate tax because I was born to modest means and worked 7-days a week for most of my life to be in my current position. (I’m working today, Sunday, as per usual.) And I don’t want to give 75% of my earnings to the government. (Would you?) 3. Party or Wake: It seems to me that Trump supporters are planning for the world’s biggest party on election night whereas Clinton supporters seem to be preparing for a funeral. I want to be invited to the event that doesn’t involve crying and moving to Canada. (This issue isn’t my biggest reason.) 4. Clinton’s Health: To my untrained eyes and ears, Hillary Clinton doesn’t look sufficiently healthy – mentally or otherwise – to be leading the country. If you disagree, take a look at the now-famous “Why aren’t I 50 points ahead” video clip. Likewise, Bill Clinton seems to be in bad shape too, and Hillary wouldn’t be much use to the country if she is taking care of a dying husband on the side. 5. Pacing and Leading: Trump always takes the extreme position on matters of safety and security for the country, even if those positions are unconstitutional, impractical, evil, or something that the military would refuse to do. Normal people see this as a dangerous situation. Trained persuaders like me see this as something called pacing and leading. Trump “paces” the public – meaning he matches them in their emotional state, and then some. He does that with his extreme responses on immigration, fighting ISIS, stop-and-frisk, etc. Once Trump has established himself as the biggest bad-ass on the topic, he is free to “lead,” which we see him do by softening his deportation stand, limiting his stop-and-frisk comment to Chicago, reversing his first answer on penalties for abortion, and so on. If you are not trained in persuasion, Trump look scary. If you understand pacing and leading, you might see him as the safest candidate who has ever gotten this close to the presidency. That’s how I see him. So when Clinton supporters ask me how I could support a “fascist,” the answer is that he isn’t one. Clinton’s team, with the help of Godzilla, have effectively persuaded the public to see Trump as scary. The persuasion works because Trump’s “pacing” system is not obvious to the public. They see his “first offers” as evidence of evil. They are not. They are technique. And being chummy with Putin is more likely to keep us safe, whether you find that distasteful or not. Clinton wants to insult Putin into doing what we want. That approach seems dangerous as hell to me. 6. Persuasion: Economies are driven by psychology. If you expect things to go well tomorrow, you invest today, which causes things to go well tomorrow, as long as others are doing the same. The best kind of president for managing the psychology of citizens – and therefore the economy – is a trained persuader. You can call that persuader a con man, a snake oil salesman, a carnival barker, or full of shit. It’s all persuasion. And Trump simply does it better than I have ever seen anyone do it. The battle with ISIS is also a persuasion problem. The entire purpose of military action against ISIS is to persuade them to stop, not to kill every single one of them. We need military-grade persuasion to get at the root of the problem. Trump understands persuasion, so he is likely to put more emphasis in that area. Most of the job of president is persuasion. Presidents don’t need to understand policy minutia. They need to listen to experts and then help sell the best expert solutions to the public. Trump sells better than anyone you have ever seen, even if you haven’t personally bought into him yet. You can’t deny his persuasion talents that have gotten him this far. In summary, I don’t understand the policy details and implications of most of either Trump’s or Clinton’s proposed ideas. Neither do you. But I do understand persuasion. I also understand when the government is planning to confiscate the majority of my assets. And I can also distinguish between a deeply unhealthy person and a healthy person, even though I have no medical training. (So can you.) — I will be live streaming my viewing of the debate Monday night, with my co-host and neighbor, Kristina Basham. Tune your television to the debate and use your phone or iPad with the Periscope app, and look for me at @ScottAdamsSays. _________________________ "Sometimes I wonder whether the world is being run by smart people who are putting us on or by imbeciles who really mean it." ^ Adams makes many good points. I could pick a few nits, but won't, it's good enough as is. And, separately, the world could use more leaders and heads of state who are of Netanyahu's quality and delivery. That he and Israel get so much shit is shameful.

It's a mirrored video. She deleted her original video, so the video being distributed is mirrored out of concerns of legal rights of its use. If she posted it in Facebook with a Public privacy setting, she's probably not aware that Facebook claims ownership of the original video. (That was Facebook's agreement the last time that I checked.) As more of a reference than a suggestion, I got that information from her followup video: http://www.ebaumsworld.com/vid...-supporter/85147156/ It's not really pleasant to watch a crazy person video, but she now blames the police. And she is obviously unaware that publicly flipping off people in that manner can get you charged / arrested for Disorderly Conduct in some states (but apparently not New Jersey).

WTTTFFFFFFFFFFFFFF???? How does this stupid girl thinks there is NOTHING wrong with stopping in front of a strangers house and flicking them off because they support a different candidate??? She (and most all Democrats from what I've seen) are so delusional it is not even funny. I love how she tries to tell the cop that he is harassing her and how men always have the upper hand, yet it's ok to flick someone off????

Been watching a little bit of the late night MSM commentary...sheesh, could they be any more biased? The line of DT bashers they keep giving significant air time to is about endless. I am sensing some concern on their part. They had some honcho out of the hag's camp talking about how untruthful DT is, "Liar" was used several times. You'd think that of all the topics they'd want to steer clear from, it would be truthfulness...that just opens a can of worms for the Dems. Their candidate is a pathological liar, and yet they want to try and turn that one DT? Really? Especially the ways she polls on the topic? Good luck with that. I really, truly hope that DT just crushes her in the debate tomorrow. If it's anything less, if it's even close, the media will absolutely declare her the 'winner' and proclaim DT a landslide loser, and too many may believe them. BOSS A real life Sisyphus... Six months ago, my life long Democrat FIL told me he hates and fears Trump. This past Saturday, he told me he is voting for Trump. From the Republican convention on, he has been impressed with what and how Trump has been speaking his message. And my FIL is disgusted by the email investigation. Deplorable NRA Life Member
