Gennifer Flowers doesn't need to attend for her presence to have a negative effect on the harpy. The fact that it's being discussed in the press- "Gennifer Flowers will attend" or "Gennifer Flowers won't attend" amount to the same thing- her name is being brought up, and that's all that matters.
