http://www.breitbart.com/2016-...t-trumps-businesses/ Judge Gonzalo Curiel, who is overseeing a fraud case against Trump University, is reportedly a member of the San Diego La Raza Lawyers Association, which is affiliated with the Hispanic National Bar Association. The Hispanic National Bar Association sent out a press release last summer The press release adds: The HNBA calls for a boycott of all of Trump business ventures, including golf courses, hotels, and restaurants. We salute NBC/Universal, Univision and Macy’s for ending their association with Trump, and we join them in standing up against bigotry and racist rhetoric. Other businesses and corporations should follow the lead of NBC/Universal, Univision and Macy’s and take similar actions against Donald Trump’s business interests. We can and will make a difference. adding: On November 10, 2011, President Obama nominated Curiel to serve as a judge on the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.

That's enough information for me to have the judge recused from the case. We will never know world peace, until three people can simultaneously look each other straight in the eye Liberals are like pussycats and Twitter is Trump's laser pointer to keep them busy while he takes care of business - Rey HRH.

The Donald & The La Raza Judge By Patrick J. Buchanan Before the lynching of The Donald proceeds, what exactly was it he said about that Hispanic judge? Stated succinctly, Donald Trump said U.S. District Judge Gonzalo Curiel, who is presiding over a class-action suit against Trump University, is sticking it to him. And the judge’s bias is likely rooted in the fact that he is of Mexican descent. Can there be any defense of a statement so horrific? Just this. First, Trump has a perfect right to be angry about the judge’s rulings and to question his motives. Second, there are grounds for believing Trump is right. On May 27, Curiel, at the request of The Washington Post, made public plaintiff accusations against Trump University — that the whole thing was a scam. The Post, which Bob Woodward tells us has 20 reporters digging for dirt in Trump’s past, had a field day. And who is Curiel? All these asshole establishment Republicans that are now expressing faux outrade at Trumps comments can rot in hell...I'm talking to you Mark Kirk, Mitch McConnel, Susan Collins et al. It's bad enough that we have the media running with the racist trope - do we really need our own side to do it too? Trump said this judge is biased and that the bias could result from his heritage and Trump's position on immigration. He didn't say all judges of Mexican decent are biased or that he could never get a fair trial from a judge of Mexican heritage. I hope everyone of these losers gets primaried and replaced. I am done with them. They are such mealy-mouthed cowards.

They haven't been on our side for quite a long time. Of all the enemies the American citizen faces, the Democrat Party is the very worst.

Oh stewardess, I speak jive. |
They're riding the wave in an attempt to remain relevant and perpetuate the status quo. Instead, they further reveal their own disloyalties and twisted motivations. I sincerely hope this election cycle shows them the door, too, if not immediately - soon. Self serving, unpatriotic, slimy fucks.

There are two Americas right now, and only one can prevail, because they are diametrically opposed. If Hillary wins, America will quickly become a totalitarian state. Republicans like Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell are the laughable "opposition." A servile media is in place. When they have the rare opportunity to question Clinton, their questions are laughably slavish. An educational framework is in place which is a propaganda machine, using the power of politically correct mind control, and, when that fails, intimidation and violence. That America is poised to become a totalitarian tyranny. Trump represents the alternative, the ideals and values that made America great. It is clear to millions of us that our border with Mexico must be made secure, that immigration must be an orderly, legal process. That crippling trade deals must be renegotiated. That the First and Second Amendments must be preserved. That the abomination of Obamacare must be revoked. That the government must return to a government of the people, by the people, for the people, instead of what it is now-- a government against the people, a government of self-seeking, greedy criminals, typified by Bill and Hillary Clinton. Trump has no political record, and in that respect is an unknown quantity,so electing him would be a roll of the dice. But we know what Hillary is-- snake eyes. ______________________________________________________ "You get much farther with a kind word and a gun than with a kind word alone."

It is BECAUSE Trump has no political record that makes him the best candidate, besides being a good ole capitalist. Newt said it could be a good experiment, and I'm all for a good experiment these days. Lover of the US Constitution Wile E. Coyote School of DIY Disaster

The Republican Party is dividing itself. The things that Paul Ryan, Mitch McConnel & Lindsey Graham said today are disgraceful. The RINO establishment will not support Trump. I would love to see a Trump victory in November, & the RINOs get primaried.

The damage that they have done in the past through their inaction and the damage that they are doing to our future through their collusion is reason enough for them to rot in hell. The fact that they have completely disregarded their oath of office is just a little extra to cause their time in hell to be without parole. Be safe.

Ideology Speaks to Bias, Not Racism Trump’s complaint is not a “classic racist comment” as claimed by Ryan. Classic racism denigrates a person by questioning another’s capability or capacity or rights because of his/her race. Rather, Trump questioned the moral integrity of a specific judge based on a possible bias. Trump’s lawyers must be quite challenged by Trump’s decision to go public with his criticism but Trump questioned the judge's motivations, not race. Trump feared that the Judge was deciding matters based on the Judge’s prejudice against Trump’s immigration views and the Judge’s contrary personal ideology. With the Judge associating with political causes against Trump’s views, Trump’s question may be fairly raised based on the actions of the Judge and the political results the Judge may wish to achieve or thwart. That’s not any sort of “classic” racism at all. It is hard to understand why Ryan and other GOP insiders are so offended now – on the day leading up to what was the last primary voting. Could it be that they are looking for anything to derail or weaken Trump? Could it be because they will always find themselves on the verge of condemning Trump? Could it be that they wish to create a party within the GOP? Could it be that they are trying to carve a space for establishment candidates to run within the party while having distance from Trump? Breitbart reported that Carville says that he's been talking to insiders and he's not sure Trump will actually be the nominee but Carville always stirs the pot. Curiously, this whole bias matter came up months ago without Ryan coughing out the grandfather epithet of our times: racism. In February of 2016, Trump said, “The judge should have thrown the case out on summary judgment. But because it was me and because there’s a hostility toward me by the judge, tremendous hostility, beyond belief––I believe he happens to be Spanish, which is fine, he’s Hispanic, which is fine, and we haven’t asked for a recusal, which we may do, but we have a judge who’s very hostile.” At the time, the media was all over it. Republican challengers were all over it. But, Trump’s explanation was accepted because he was complaining about bias. Chris Wallace grilled Trump about it on February 28, 2016. During the show, Trump explained himself again which can be seen in this video at around 2:49. Link to Fox Interview Yet, now Ryan - especially these months later - joins Hillary in claiming that questioning the judge’s bias is now some sort of racism. It seems that Ryan is trying to smear Trump. Trump is coming after many of the establishment sacred/cash cows and Ryan’s slur looks more like a preemptive strike to keep Trump from realizing more of Trump's growing power in the party. I can see how Trump might be making a preemptive strike of his own by questioning the motives of a judge that may have an axe to grind. Sure, Trump’s lawyers could make a challenge but Trump is trying to handle the political aspect of the suit. This feels like another “Crazy Ivan” on Trump’s path to victory but Trump has his own sense of what it takes to win. It is hard to not give Trump some room to maneuver given his successes. It is just inexcusable for Ryan to now label our nominee as a racist for questioning bias – especially since this is a story that ran the news cycles in February without a peep from Ryan. Racism is such a PC term now that it has lost any clear limitations. It is used nowadays to vilify anyone without resorting any real intellect at all. When saying that America is “the land of opportunity” is deemed a racial aggression, as it has now, the whole term “racism” has been set upon us as an existential Kryptonite to be wielded by just any lightweight. The left has claimed the term for its use against reason for quite some time. The GOP insiders are on Trump’s list of people who must be overcome. They will not step back or down without defeat. So, Ryan and Graham and their ilk are likely to more desperately show their true nature as they get slammed along the way. But, borrowing the left’s epithet is not really what I expected from Ryan. I clearly need to lower my expectations. _______________________________ NRA Life Member NRA Certified Range Safety Officer
