Trump has at least a 50 percent chance of becoming the Republican Party's presidential nominee.
he'd absolutely support Trump as the nominee,
In the fast-fading world of Bush-era figures, who are mystified that even the appearance of a once adored former president and two former first ladies failed to sway voters last week, some are quietly saying it is time to accept a new reality: that Mr. Trump is the face of the Republican party.
“We’re just going to have to come to terms with it,” Trent Lott, the former Republican Senate majority leader under George W. Bush, told lawmakers on a recent visit to Capitol Hill. “He might just be the nominee.”

Personally I don't think the race is over yet. Cruz and Rubio still have a chance. But it is good to see some Republican establishment types recognizing that Trump is still leading, long after nearly everyone thought he would be out of it.

Trent, that's no way to speak about your new daddy...

Big bad meanie Trump supporters make Bernie phone bank girl cry. If this represents the youth of America, we are truly fucked.
It looks like her little naive liberal bubble just burst.
Welcome to the realization of what life is really like.

She seems like a sweet girl and of course she lacks the experience and understanding necessary to be canvassing people who oppose your candidate on a fundamental level and who are fed up with the state of this country.
At least she's politically involved. That sets her apart from most of her generation.
It's painfully obvious that she is not yet mature enough to become involved in American politics, but I can't fault her. She's no more naive than most girls her age. If she's like most of the people I grew up with, she'll begin to understand all those mean old people as she herself ages. She might even end up being one of them.

What she's going to have for sure is a very rough November this year. Gonna be a really rough ride when she sees what's going to happen. She'll again feel the need to take to YouTube for the talking cure. Perhaps a multi-installment episode will be needed.

Yeah, this young lady is nothing new. She really wants to help make a better world, but she hasn't the first clue about real life, due to her youth and inexperience. It's as simple as that. Nothing new.
Probably, you could have found her twin at a Bobby Kennedy or George McGovern rally decades ago.
She is not a bellwether of our imminent demise. She's just a know-nothing kid. Yes, she votes. It's been that way for some time now. I say we make the voting age 26, but I don't make the laws.

Well, she's ahead of where I was at that age. I didn't give two shits about politics until probably my senior year at college, and by then I was only just figuring out what the difference between a conservative and a liberal were or a Republican and a Democrat. It's also when I realized that I was actually a Republican, or at least not a damned liberal. Only a few years later I moved the hell out of Jersey.
Raise the voting age to 26? Sounds good to me.

She refers to the "Deep South" at the beginning, and afterwards drops several not so subtle insults aimed at mean racist Republicans and Conservatives vs the nice Hillary and Bernie Supporters who were wonderful to her.
She might be for real, but it smelled like a staged hit piece to me...Leonard Pinth Garnell would give her a standing ovation for truly bad theatre. Although that restaurant scene from "When Harry met Sally" also comes to mind...
