justjoeRubio has conned a lot of people into believing he is a conservative. What he is is a sneaky, slinky, weasel. I hate Schumer, Pelosi, Reid-- but I hate McConnell, Ryan, and Rubio more. You don't see Schumer making back room deals with the NRA, or covertly lifting restrictions on firearms. They are at least true to their corrupt, twisted "principles."
If you want more GOPe betrayal and treachery, support Marco Rubio. If he makes it to POTUS, he will give you plenty.

46and2Rubio is Jeb2.0, and nothing about his role or ascension or support from the establishment is surprising. He's been on deck since day one, and at bat since Trump started to rise. The uncertainty I have surrounds how many Republicans will buy into the bullshit. 1/3 seems about normal, but will he gain traction or will Cruz and Trump be able to drown him out? And would he getting the nomination run off too many hard core conservatives and thus further hurt our chances, even if every member here votes R without fail?
Cruz's Iowa performance was expected, he's the only real option for Evangelicals, and a good canidate in many ways otherwise, but some of his positions/record and that shudder-worthy speech continue to make me think he (probably) cannot win a national election.
Trump's Iowa results, and response/speech, were good, and aside from this business of him maybe picking Brown as a VP, I think he's learning and making the right moves. I hope to see his momentum continue to build, as he definitely has the best crossover ability to win, which I continue to think we'll need to win the whole shebang.

Educate me on this one? Why is Rubio the devil? Is it the immigration betrayal thing?

nighthawkRubio ran as , and had the backing as a Tea Party candidate. As soon as he was elected, he quickly turned his back on the Tea Party and the promises he made, then joined Schumer on the gang of 8 wanting amnisty among other things. He's a lying snake, who would say anything to get what he wants.

London bookies

Betting on a Presidential race is illegal in the US. I was curious about what the guys were thinking.
It is somewhat perplexing their choice of candidate. At the time, I would not have picked Rubio. Still don't.
Weird, isn't it?

DSgrouseRubio, 12 million. For 7 delegates from the metro areas
Cruz, 7 million for 8 delegates.
Trump, 3.3 million for 7 delegates with far less time in the state.
I like trumps long game. This is not a clear win for any of them. It is however proof that trump understands the field.

It's almost like one of his top donors was running the polls or something.

DSgrouseWell Rand suspended his campaign.
Doing so now, keeps him available for senate, cabinet, or long shot veep.
Can you imagine him as head of the fed. He would do alot to help mitigate our national debt.

Yep, I like Rand. Not as President... but in the Senate. And yes: Audit the Fed. Better yet: End the Fed.
"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

Like, for instance, he could get a pet parrot and train it to count to ten in Spanish. And then say, "Aye, caramba!" Fun for hours! Entertain the whole Bush family.

BGULLI hopefully/finally think we have seen the Donald jump the shark, enough that a larger number of voters will see that he is lacking in substance.
