Trump is not "afraid" of FOX and he's not "afraid" of Megyn Kelly. He's more than likely accurately predicting that FOX will try to do a hit on him and he's having no part of it and is telling them to pound sand. It's pretty simple, he has doped it out that he is net ahead by not allowing the purposeful negative attacks. He's being shrewd - something he's pretty good at! Why foolishly risk losing points at this stage of the game?

Exactly.
It's tactical.
However.... it could backfire. He isn't going to lose a single "committed" vote in Iowa.
But polls show that 1 in 4 are not committed / undecided. If you are waffling between 2 candidates, does this mean he gets your vote, or does someone who shows up at the debate?

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

Main FOX Headline:
Veterans don't want Trump's money!

First sentence:
A Veteran's group (just 1).... said IF offered, they would turn it down.

Fox is getting desperate.

If you don't want a spoiled little brat to drip her ice cream cone all over you, pee in your lap, and kick you in the shins, are you afraid of the little brat? Or do you just not want to subject yourself to that crap?

I agree with Trump. Fox is in bed with the establishment republicans, and Megyn's post-partum bitchfest should have been the end of her TV time. She and Shephard Smith need to move on to MSNBC.

I've often heard this, but I don't believe it. People just say that shit to a poller to act coy or to present the image that they are a great thinker, analyzing every tid-bit of information, like a walking computer. At his point, people know who they're voting for.

Vs. how he might do if attacked, with these same uncommitted voters. Curious to see how it plays out.

Tantaros made a point that with Trump not on the stage at the debate, the other candidates will be going after Cruz instead of Trump. So maybe that's Trumps strategy. Let the moderators and debaters pick on Cruz ahead of the Iowa caucus in the hope they all bring Cruz down a bit.

I agree 100%.

Just last night the wife commented about how tiring this is becoming. I looked at her and said.."are you kidding?, I'm having the time of my life"!!

Hey, you can't say we don't have anything to talk about. Smile

Now, back to getting the naysayers here to jump on the Trump train before it leaves the station. Wait, maybe it's already left. Razz
