Denial is not just a river in Egypt.

I had to check because I get the Washington Post \ Washington Times confused and there's a significant difference.

Please provide us with the name of a viable presidential candidate.

If you're going to bitch about our only choice, then I am going to ask you to offer a realistic alternative.

You've spent the last 7 years watching an America-hating nincompoop doing his best to dismantle this nation, so your bitching about Trump not being "classy" is laughable.

I would offer up Ted Cruz as a realistic and more preferable (at least to me) alternative.

Well, there ya go. Some pollsters made up some numbers for you and you swallowed them whole. Wut we do now? Why vote? Ain't you heard that Trump has a 246% douchebggery rating among those voters who self-identified as not male. Come on, the anonymous pollster says it's over, so it's over. Razz

Yep, Trump is so unelectable, that both Hillary and Bernie are focusing on him, along with most of the Republican candidates (except Cruz). He is such a non-factor that it is strategically smart to waste time, money, and energy on trying to discredit him.

It seems to be all working, ain't it? Big Grin

Of course the MSM will say he won't get elected. Of course his opponents will say the same. But those with a clue know that he has the best chance at getting into The White House. His Republican rivals were just practice; going after Hillary is going to be extremely fun for him.

Did it take you long to come up with that, Oppenheimer?

Show me the packed rallies for Ted Cruz.

You need to wake up and grow up. There's much more at stake here than your delicate fucking sensibilities. When Trump takes the oath, we will be celebrating having an AMERICAN in the White House for the first time in 8 years. You? You can just go off and pout and pine for the good old days with President Sick Day running things from the golf course.

Cruz will be the PERFECT conservative candidate after he gains 4 or 8 years of VP experience under Trump.

I like Cruz quite a bit but the energy and excitement around Trump is damn near impossible to ignore. I think Trump would win in a general election against Hillary and I don't think it would be as close as the media would try to have you think.

Also, will you fellow North Carolinian members who are Trump fans PLEASE let me know the next time a Trump rally is held in our beautiful state?

Exactly this. This will help get the time we need to undo (at least some of) the damage.

So, that's what we're looking for, somebody classy and presidential? Personally, I'm looking for a street brawler who can hold his own, and I think we've got one. Cool

I actually like Cruz more that Trump too. But I'm a realist. You need the "persona" that Trump brings with in order to battle The Beast. Let's face it, Trump can say whatever he wants and gets away with it. He feeds the media their own shit sandwhich back to them with jalapeño on it. And for some reason...they eat it. I think it's because Trump has plenty of "fuck you" money. Cruz couldn't do that. We need to take the gloves off and get dirty. Trumps the guy to do it. I will be in line at the Polling Booth at 2am to pull the lever for Trump/Cruz and I will be at the end of the line too.

Let Cruz warm up for 4 or 8 years. Then bring him in as the closer.

I'd rather him teabag Chavez on cable than be a "classy", do nothing, politician.

(I like Cruz too, but I rank their level of " Class " below the top 50 important attributes.)

we have much, much larger problems to deal with.

He will also bring in a decent chunk of the Democratic vote as well. He is ideal for this election.
