So, Christie is your choice, showpro. Autocorrect just changed that to "shopworn." I think that just about says it, though it leaves out a shitload of hypocrisy and groveling ambition. And we won't even mention the 2nd Amendment, though this is a gun forum.

Good choice. It puts your ad hominem attacks on Trump in perspective.

Yeah, I discussed that on the other thread. Suddenly, in 1986, Donald Trump, mister New York and Atlantic City, cares about some farm in Georgia. Hmmm, why might that be?

In an unrelated story, in 1985 Mr. Trump meets his future wife at a beauty pageant in Atlantic City. She's 22 years old and hails from the great state of Georgia! Then, he knocks her up, leaves his wife and three kids. Good guy.

But I'm sure she thought he was very sweet for saving that farm.

By the way, I think he probably bragged about how he made money on saving the farm. Trump never loses money on any deal. At a minimum, he got Don Imus and others to raise the money to save it. Trump didn't shoulder that burden himself.

Yeah, well, Trump the Great Christian would never engage in an ad hominem attack. I can tell you that much.

Oh, yeaaahhh....I get it...a farm in Georgia and he knocks up some girl... from Georgia. Whoa. How did I miss that. Let me attach another coat hanger to my foil hat.

Did you notice the linked press conference was also in Georgia? He's still obviously trying to get down her pants.

Believe me, it takes a much bigger stretch to believe that Trump gave a shit about some farm in Georgia in 1986. Georgia wasn't even on his radar back then.

But, look, you guys are all clearly experts on Trump. I've only been watching, following, dealing with, living, working for, growing up with him in my life for 30 years. So, by all means, go on.

In what capacity or capacities, again, did these formative experiences occur? Are you saying you, personally, have done business with the man, or been on conference calls with him? Or maybe in some management position working under him, something which made you privy to the nitty gritty details the press is unaware of or at least not reporting? How many times, again, have you spoken directly to the man, or had any direct interactions that go beyond simply having been in the same general area or working for a company of his (which, in and of itself, isn't necessarily any closer to Trump than the Janitor at the Apple store in the mall is to Steve Jobs...).

Please explain these relations in further detail, given how heavily you're leaning on your 30yrs of insights. How close have you been, how often, and under what circumstances?

Thanks.

I never claimed any of that.

I spent most of my life in Atlantic City, when and where Donald was a 24-hour-a-day experience. It was Trump Town. Decades of Trump. Non-stop Trump. My point was, I didn't start thinking about Trump in the last 6 months. He's been there my whole life.

I worked at his properties. My friends and family worked at his properties. We watched how he operated. It was a freaking Trump soap opera.

I also did have some interactions with him, but they're my business and I won't go into them, here.

But, understand, it's not like a janitor at an Apple store. It's more like an Apple employee in Cupertino. Did they all sit in the same room with Jobs all day? No. But trust me, they have a better perspective on Jobs than you do.

I have lots of family and friends still there, in Atlantic City. They won't be voting for Trump.

In other words, you don't actually know him. But you know what is in his heart, regarding a farm in Georgia, and Christianity.

And if your first choice is Christie... I kinda doubt your second choice is Cruz. It's like saying my favorite sport is shuffleboard. And, second, rugby. --I'm thinking Jeb! Just based on how well I know you.

Oh, okay. I didn't know you actually worked on his properties, and had friends and family who worked on his properties. I take it all back. Smile Tell us more about the Donald no one knows....

I never said I know him, personally. I said that he's not new to me. I'm well-acquainted with his bullshit, basically, in a way that people from, say, Missouri, probably aren't.

You can dismiss it, but remember, this was at a time when all his money was wrapped up in A.C. He spent virtually all his time there. We saw how he operates, up close and personal. He wasn't sitting in New York operating by phone.

That's a nice article. I'm sure it'll win him even more supporters.

And then he tried to take a woman's house in Atlantic City by using eminent domain so he could make it a parking lot.

So what did Trump do to you personally? Did he kick you dog?

No, he employed him.

Nothing, he was actually very nice to me, personally.

Like I said in the other thread, I don't like him or dislike him. I just don't buy his bullshit and find it funny that others do.

No, but my best friend has worked closely with him. My friend was appointed by him to a couple of government panels.

Trump should possess the ability to hire and fire talent. That alone could keep him busy weeding out Gov't officials for 4 years.Negotiate favorable deals for his organization - a plus. Better than what we had the last eight years ? Clintons should be in prison if this were a just country
