Donald Trump is a first-rate ass clown, but...
Mr. President-elect did a very fine job of not reminding Mr. CNN exactly whose house he was in and by whose invitation he was in attendance.

Here is a CNN statement that I find incredibly deceptive:

http://www.breitbart.com/2016-...zfeed-russia-claims/

"CNN's decision to publish carefully sourced reporting about the operations of our government is vastly different than Buzzfeed's decision to publish unsubstantiated memos. The Trump Team knows this. They are using Buzzfeed's decision to deflect from CNN's reporting, which has been matched by the other major news organizations. We are fully confident in our reporting. ...."

as posted earlier,

watch the CNN video here:

http://www.cnn.com/2017/01/10/...gence-report-russia/

and then match the video to the latest CNN statement.

remember: CNN was the major news source that released the story the day before Trump's press conference. That CNN reporter was ready w a nasty question to Trump to discredit sabotage him.

more CNN backtracking:

http://www.realclearpolitics.c..._would_be_upset.html

Tapper says CNN did not provide "even one detail" from the Buzzfeed doc in their broadcast yesterday.

Really? What did they say yesterday?

- a former British intel operative provided reports that the Russians had personal and financial info that compromised Trump

- the former operative from past work was credible and the Russian sources were credible

- the info was presented to obama by the most senior U.S. intel chiefs

- Trump surrogates exchanged info w Russian officials

- the info was presented to show that the Russians had info on both candidates but only presented the info that damaged Clinton

- the former operative was hired by both REP and DEM politicians who wanted opposition info on Trump

- McCain was so concerned he gave the info to the FBI

- this info has been circulating for months, but "something has changed" to make it credible

but remember, CNN didn't provide "even one detail"

I love how fast the "Fake news" label has backfired on the media.

On one hand, it is nice to see anyone, particularly a President (elect) stand up to the media. They've been trying to stir up nonsense crap for publication ever since someone thought up the question "When are you going to stop beating your wife?"

On the other hand, I think he needs to be a lot more savvy and controlled in how he does this. He's the guy you want to get in an argument with because even though he might nail you in one area, he opens up 10 more places where you can land good shots.

The media in this country is very savvy. When you're 1 person taking on a think tank you have to be cautious, when you are taking on several think tanks all cut from the same cloth you have to be a lot more measured and deliberate. Statements that shut people up in meetings and board rooms won't work on the media.

With that said, I am getting tired of hearing the media claim their story is based on "Classified" or "Top Secret" documents obtained by XYZ news. That is one of two things, a flat out lie or a Federal Crime.

I'm getting tired of hearing the Intel services claim their story is based on secret info. Either tell the story so it can be tested or STFU.

The record of relying on secret info, classified, wink, wink, is disquietingly poor.

Luckily, I have enough willpower to control the driving ambition that rages within me.

When you had the votes, we did things your way. Now, we have the votes and you will be doing things our way. This lesson in political reality from Lyndon B. Johnson

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible." - Justice Janice Rogers Brown

Agree with you 1000%.

Makes me wonder if any of the present "intelligence, security agencies" are actually working for us, the citizens or are they just a political tool of the leftists.

The intelligence community just screwed themselves.

Trump is going to revamp the intelligence services.
And boy, does this country ever need that.

The media and the CIA have jumped the shark over this.

If it wasn't so sad, I'd laugh at this.
