Have you ever seen so much positive change after an election and before the candidate was sworn in? Just the change in attitude from despair to what's possible is remarkable.

This has got to grate on him, being the me me me type person he is.

It really does almost feel like the last eight years just didn't happen. Or if nothing else, it'll just be a burp in American history that is easily dismissed with a solemn but most sincere, "pardon me."

I think it's hilarious how the Democrats try to use the phrase "climate change denier" to invoke a comparison to holocaust deniers. Talk about desperation.

In my opinion, I think the Democrats should look at the Pruitt nomination to EPA as a glass half full situation. I thought there would be a decent chance Trump would look to disband the EPA - so at least, from the Dems perspective, there still is an EPA. They need to find optimism where they can or else it will be a long four to eight years for them (just like the Obama era was for us).

Valerie Jarrett: Trump Victory Was ‘Soul-Crushing,’ ‘Punch to the Stomach’

Wednesday at Politico‘s “Women Rule” event, senior adviser to President Barack Obama Valerie Jarrett said the reactions at the White House to President-elect Donald Trump‘s victory were “like a punch in the stomach” and “soul-crushing.”

Jarrett said, “We were surprised by the outcome of the election. It kind of was like a — I’m not sure what the right analogy would be, but like a punch in the stomach, let’s say. Soul-crushing might be another description. But that’s the democracy that we have. The people get to decide and the elections matter and we have to get about the business of doing our jobs.”

Good, and I hope it keeps punching you. I seem to recall a quote from you after Obama won in 2008- something about it being payback time. So, really, lady, I don't give a rat's ass if you're sad.

What goes around, comes around. Your precious Obama is the reason we have a President-elect Trump. So, if you want to be sad, you need to realize that you did it to yourself. Fuck you.

It still feels like a miracle Trump is going to be POTUS. Just seeing them panick and realize the last 8 years were a complete waste and will be undone within 2. Even Obummer has already given up. Notice how quiet he's been.

The hatred continues to spew out of the Clinton campaign.

Jennifer Palmieri was communications director for Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign.

communications director

Palmieri:

"As I like to note, Clinton received more votes for president than any white man in U.S. history."

"I don’t know whether the Trump campaign needed to give a platform to white supremacists to win. But the campaign clearly did, and it had the effect of empowering the white-nationalist movement."

https://www.washingtonpost.com...m_term=.f00e97cca106

It was some years ago when it became clear that the fundamental pillar of the Democrats' and Obama's message was to demonize white men. Blame them uniquely for all the evil, unfairness, and misery in the entire world.

And then try to build a voting base of everyone else while still keeping a significant percentage of white men too stupid to see their plot.

You can't solve the problems of the country when you falsely identify the causes and profoundly empower a propaganda machine to build a platform based on hate and lies.

Personally, I hope Jennifer and those like her keep spewing this nonsense loud and proud. This sort of twaddle is a huge part of the reason we have a president-elect Trump, and moronic Dem's like Palmieri still don't grasp that reality.

Some of their shock of the loss by shillary comes from their shattered belief the Republicans were done. The dems have the media and schools locked up, and thought they'd implemented the permanent fix by opening the borders and solidifying other voting bases.

Another factor is that they've allowed many extra constitutional actions over the last 8 years, and failed to call the FBI, IRS, and DOJ on apparent bias. That's all dandy until the other party gets in power and you've rubber stamped them doing the same by lack of protest.

Hey, Harry, Reid! Thanks, Babe! Wink

From 2013: http://www.usatoday.com/story/...lear-senate/3662445/
quote:
President Obama and Vice President Biden, both former senators, applauded Reid's decision. "A deliberate and determined effort to obstruct everything, no matter what the merits, just to re-fight the result of an election is not normal, and for the sake of future generations, we can't let it become normal," Obama said Thursday.

For once, Barry, I agree with you. Too bad you couldn't see past the nose on your face. Razz
