I know this never occured to liberals, but maybe instead of having a bunch of lawyers running the the departments & alphabet agencies, if we had a military person as Sec of Defense, an actual teacher in charge of Dept of Education, a real farmer in charge of Dept of Agriculture, etc.; those agencies may work a little better at doing what they're supposed to do.
Not to nit-pick, but I think a teacher would be the worst option (in general) because there is too much of a conflict of interest...same reason teachers should NEVER be anywhere near a school board.

Yeah, if they could have won by releasing Cthulu, they would have done it.
Of course, they are just continuing a flawed, false, and dishonest premise - that Trump won by campaigning on racism and misogyny.
Yeah, didn't you know? There are 60+ million Ku Klux Klan and Aryan Nation members in this country.
I had this conversation with a black coworker. I told him, please show me one KKK member. Where are all the rally's? His excuse is they are all closet members. I am apparenlty too ignorant or privileged to see it.

How about putting some actual teachers in class rooms?

Here is a great interview with General Mattis. It is long but if you want to know who we are getting for SecDef it is a must watch. The man may understand the reality of fighting war more than anyone living today.
Luckily, I have enough willpower to control the driving ambition that rages within me.
When you had the votes, we did things your way. Now, we have the votes and you will be doing things our way. This lesson in political reality from Lyndon B. Johnson
"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible." - Justice Janice Rogers Brown

Man that Harvard exchange was unreal....as the victors, we need to institute some sort of de-Clinton-ification program, like in Germany after WWII. Except this time they can keep their scientists, everyone knows global warming is a farce anyway, and they sure as hell ain't helping us get to Mars!

One sunny day in late January of 2017, an old man approached the White House from across Pennsylvania Avenue, where he'd been sitting on a park bench.
He spoke to the Marine standing guard. "I would like to go in and meet with President Hillary Clinton."
"Sir, Mrs. Clinton is not President and doesn't reside here." The old man sighed and walked away.
The following day, the same man approached the White House and said to the same Marine, "I would like to go in and meet with President Hillary Clinton".
"Sir, as I said yesterday, Mrs. Clinton is not President and doesn't reside here." The man thanked him and again walked away.
The third day, the same man approached the White House and spoke to the very same Marine. "I would like to go in and meet with President Hillary Clinton."
The Marine, understandably agitated at this point, looked at the man. "Sir, this is the third day in a row you have been here asking to speak to Mrs. Clinton. I've told you already several times that Mrs. Clinton is not the President and doesn't reside here. Don't you understand?"
"Oh, I understand you fine. I just love hearing your answer!"
The Marine snapped to attention and saluted. "Sir, see you tomorrow."

Awesome. I am going to annoy some liberals with that one.

enjoyed and was educated some on the Mattis interview. Good to know someone thinking like this will be close to Trump. We need to be sure Mattis gets approved.
thanks for posting.

+1 For the most excellent interview with General Mattis. There's real hope if he gets to apply what he knows.

Calling us "white nationalists" and "racist" didn't work. Calling Trump "dangerous" and "clueless" is not working...so now the latest meme from the MSM is that "Trump has no mandate".
LOL, WHAT? The night of November 8th was as big a Trump mandate as I've ever seen!
