As they rake in money....I wonder how much the Clinton Foundation has donated to help the flood victims in Texas? Or if they will donate for hurricane Irma?

I think we ALL know the answer.

Clinton Already Working On Follow-Up Book Casting Blame For Failures Of First

CHAPPAQUA, NY—Saying it would provide a candid account of her experiences writing an unsuccessful tell-all, sources confirmed Thursday that Hillary Clinton is already working on a follow-up book casting blame for the failures of her previous memoir What Happened. “From my agent negotiating that underwhelming deal with Simon & Schuster, to the graphic designer’s lackluster cover art, to my so-called supporters who couldn’t be bothered to drop $17.99 for the hardcover copy—everyone had a hand in undermining my last book’s success,” reads a passage from the introduction to Clinton’s What Also Happened, which repeatedly decries her prior book’s “indecipherable” font and dedicates an entire chapter to lashing out at her copy editor for making her look like “an idiot third-grader.” “I’ll never forget how Amazon buried me and how Barnes & Noble completely sabotaged me by displaying my book way in the back in that no man’s land by the CDs. Frankly, it’s obvious I got screwed on all sides.” Accusing them of stealing her spotlight, the book reportedly concludes with a long list of every other celebrity who published a memoir in the past year.

Maybe she could take over the rebuilding effort of Barbuda, like slick Willie did Haiti.

More treasure to be made there,I am sure. Not many will pay to listen to this neurotic babbling, when she can no longer steer funds their way.She is IRRELEVANT.

That's right...
Prosecution and punishment.
1. It will show that no one is above the law.
2. It's what she deserves.
3. It's the only way the nation will heal.
(This 'Russia thing' started as a Hillary excuse for losing. It won't go away unless she is prosecuted and the DNC is shown to not have been hacked by the Russians but leaked internally)

It will only take a few Democrats to turn on her... and bring the whole house of cards down.

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

I wonder if it is so daunting a prospect that nobody with the skills and experience wants to take it on.

You know what significant litigation is like, the resources of time, the intensity of effort, the mind boggling judgments of managing the staff, the discovery process, the court schedules, the PR, etc. You can appreciate the no holds barred defense effort that you will encounter, no limit budget, all the skilled top lawyers at their disposal eager to protect the brand, etc.

Thomas Dewey made his reputation in New york going after a few top mobsters, like Luciano. That was child's play by comparison.

Let's say your phone rings today. It's Jeff Sessions wanting to meet you in his office next Monday to discuss an appointment as Special Counsel to take over the investigation and possible prosecution of HilLIARy. He mentions that you will have the support of the President, and unlimited resources of funding, grand jury acceess, of course, investigative staff as needed, full access to the accumulation of DOJ information, reports, etc.

You know that the instant the word of this leaks out, your life and that of everyone in your family hits the 24/7 sewer of media oppo research. Your every move and ommission will be cussed and discussed in every outlet, even here on the Forum, amongst your friends.

If you were to be successful, your reputation, fame, is assured. If not, well, you can write books, advise on the films that will be made about it.

Luckily, I have enough willpower to control the driving ambition that rages within me.

Yes, and isn't it unbelievable that all of that: the huge legal team, the unlimited budget, all of it has been unleashed NOT to go after Hillary but to go after Trump?
Hillary loses and says "Look! Squirrel!!" and for 9 months now they have been chasing the squirrel.

Why? Because it's a huge distraction not just from the real crimes, but from the Trump agenda.

I think Sessions thought that if he recused himself from the Russia investigation it would quickly be shown to be nothing and it would allow the President to focus on the agenda he ran on.

It does not matter how long it takes or how much it may cost, she violated the law and put the national security of the US at risk. If they refuse to prosecute because of cost or time our justice system is a complete sham. I assume a US attorney would be assigned the case? They don't want to do it find another. There are plenty out there who would take it. The Clinton's have a lot of money to mount a defense? Good make them spend it.

Look at the girl in GA. Mishandled ONE classified letter by sending it to a news organization. She is sitting in jail awaiting trial. Hilary? Mishandled THOUSANDS of classified documents, many much more detrimental to national security and disseminated to many more people. Sitting in million dollar homes.

The law treats people equally, or it does not. There is no in between. That whole justice is blind thing.

Nothing is going to happen to her. The spineless Republicans wont hold her accountable and if they did, her media lapdogs will protect her and obfuscate for her.

I am surprised that Trump doesnt do something as I think that she is responsible for all the "russia russia russia!" Bullshit. If he gave her something to worry about maybe that other bullshit would go away. My 0.02 Regards 18DAI

what has bothered me the most is that no one in the Department of Just Us seems to be the least bit interested in her crimes, seizing the Foundation funds so it can't be moved offshore or otherwise hidden away

I am trying to figure out exactly how bad, how crooked and how treasonous one has to be in this country to get on the radar of someone interested in promoting justice

Everyone talks about us being a nation of laws, but I see Rahm, Holder, Lerner, Clinton, and at least a dozen others that seem to defy the concept that we're about law and order

what am I missing?

Yeah. There is one universal truth that weaves throughout history. That is that man is corruptible. Regardless of how perfect a machine is designed and created, if there is one tiny flaw, eventually it will take the machine down. Human nature has corrupted justice since the beginning of recorded time. It has done so here. This is why I say there is no justice in this life. We'll have to wait. But the joy of watching true justice may be muted by our own fate....
