1. Local little indoor range got bought out by, who by all accounts I've heard is an outstanding local outfit. The new owners closed it for remodeling and it was supposed to open Mid-April. Was gonna be my Tues or Wed night get away for an hour as its about 3 miles from the house.

Called for an update today and someone broke in and stole a bunch of stuff so opening has been pushed back 6 weeks.

2. Wife's family came down this weekend for the kids birthday. One continuously talked to me without respect because she doesn't like how I father my children. I kindly told her the two options she had, and she picked to never return. The other, whos 13 year old boy apparently has a medical condition, pissed on the little mattress we put on the floor for the 2 kids every night, nobody said a word. I find out while cleaning up after they left and discover a 3' diameter piss circle in my mattress and carpet underneath. Just pissed on the bed and floor for 3 straight days and didn't say shit. Needless to say, none of her siblings are allowed back at my house.

3. Sold a firearm on the forum here. Used my local shop back in my hometown that I have used for a few years now. They have always been excellent and accomodating more than they need to be. Held firearms for a year+ while I was in Korea and only ever charged me 10$ a firearm for the extended storage. Really nice guys. They hired a new dumbass and he was instructed to wrap the small box with an outer box so it can ship USPS. Box and firearm sat there a week before the buyer informed me of the non-movement and I inquired. "Someone has to fix this box" I replied, "Why the fuck didn't you call or fix it yourself, you just gonna ignore it for a week?" When I talked to the owner the next day the young man apparently didn't work there anymore. Or that was the impression I got. So I guess that is one positive.

Sorry for the long rant, maybe this should be in pitch my bitch.

Take it easy, stress is bad for you. It will get better and there are people with much worse issues. Enjoy life and don’t let the small stuff take away the joy from life.

That range being open sure would have helped you relieve stress from the other situations. Everyday is a new day, one with which you might win one of those amazingly generous karmas held by Q. That’s what I do, forget about the multiplying piles of shit that piss me off and remember winning a free/awesome P228 Redbox edition. Made my year!

Agree ... At least I can still go out to the range but starting April 23rd I will not be able to enter any firearm karmas, no more firearm shipments to Washington State. Gawd.

Was the range Ontarget? I’ve been wondering when they were reopening. They were my go to before. They are pretty close to me as well.

Hopefully things go better and you get some trigger therapy.
