I saw a fairly large one when I was about seventeen or so, maybe eighteen. I was outside late one night by myself. It was winter, cold and crystal clear skies. It passed in front of me, left to right. I had a great view of it, just happened to be looking up when it appeared. No way to gauge the height of it, but there was not a sound. | |||
