It is really hard to lose one of the "family". I'm looking for a pup to replace the one I lost a couple of weeks ago.

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming…......WOW! WHAT A RIDE!

I’m sorry for the loss of your little buddy. I know the pain all too well and never take my furry family members for granted.

I too, for some reason. I see the love of your pets and the love returned. A most wonderful thing.
But I have a down side. My Dad was a vet. I was for years one of his main help. And witnessed many times, and assisted many times, with the loss of family friends. Such memories are hard to deal with.
Sometimes however we were able to convince the owner to let us adopt the pet out if there was no justification by injury, illness, or old age.

That must have been tough. Pets are awesome, you rarely see them fucking each other over like humans Smile

Rest in peace Dorchester kitty. Say hi to Jingles for me, she'll show you around and make sure you're not scared or lonely up there. We'll all see each other again sometime. Strength and peace to you, Spunk.

Best regards,
Nick.
