LBJ's thread regarding the deceased outlasted illegitiment reminded me of that other scourge of the gun boards, Gunkid. And his alias identities. About 17-15 years ago Gunkid was the Troll of Trolls on various forums such as TFL, THR, and such. IIRC, Para banned his several identities on SF. As I remember Gunkid was most notorious for his advocacy of the Tactical Wheelbarrow, and the stockpiling of .22 LR ammunition. He was a genuine loon with the unbounded energy of a manic greased pig on a caffeine bender. Surprisingly he was once a legit shooter who was a charter signer of the IPSC/USPSA document. His postings petered out after being jailed and being ordered not get on the internet. Is be dead or not posting?

There was a retrospective thread about Gunkid some time ago. Any interest on reprising "ancient" history for those that are newer to the web and the gun forums?

Well, he was right about stockpiling .22LR, maybe we ought to take another look at his Tactical Wheelbarrow concept?

I googlefied, "Tactical Wheelbarrow," and most of the links were to gun forums with threads discussing the madness of "gunkid."

It must have been a real kick to have actually had such a loon on our own board.

That one was hilarious..."I was born to live by the gun, of that I'm sure".

Man that story he told where he ended pulling his gun on some random person he thought might be following him....
