Check out their Chicago covers, if you haven't already. They are Russian.

Very nice. I didn't know about them. Not the real thing, but I know that's not what they're about. But whatever their business model I sure like it, a lot. Thanks for posting.

Leonid & Friends is a friggin' AWESOME band!!! I've been watching their stuff for several years now.

"I coulda used a little more cowbell."

I think...think...(regrettably) Sergey Kashirin, lead vocals and guitar on this one, is no longer with the group.

"If you’re a leader, you lead the way. Not just on the easy ones; you take the tough ones too…” – MAJ Richard D. Winters (1918-2011), E Company, 2nd Battalion, 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 101st Airborne

"Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil... Therefore, as tongues of fire lick up straw and as dry grass sinks down in the flames, so their roots will decay and their flowers blow away like dust; for they have rejected the law of the Lord Almighty and spurned the word of the Holy One of Israel." - Isaiah 5:20,24

I have. The guitarist does a very admirable job of replicating Terry Kath’s guitar work in 25 or 6 to 4
Thanks for the embed Krazeehorse!

If you haven't already, check out this live version, especially Kath's solo.

I saw them in '72 at the Arie Crown Theater in Chicago. Took my high school girlfriend in my '65 Impala.

Thanks krazeehorse
Lastmanstanding— you are right. That 25 or 6 to 4 was excellent. Amazes me how someone can play like that.

I saw them in concert a couple Fridays ago and I we were blown away! That band are no joke musicians, Russian or otherwise.

Here's their cover of EW&F Fantasy:
