Howdy. I'm trying to put a barndominium on my farm near Moody. I've talked to builders but haven't locked anything in yet.

If you have worked with a good builder please post a note or email or PM me.

Or, if you have tips on barndominiums kindly post them.

Thanks a lot.

I’ve been following a builder on YouTube, “Texas Best Construction”. I’m not sure what all areas he builds in nor do I know anyone who’s used him, but he builds some nice barndominiums.

Thanks mrvmax. Texas Best works in Dallas and Fort Worth and the Metroplex. I’ve liked the videos they post but they are too far North.

Also, if you guys have a builder to stay away from let us know.

Thanks!

Thanks bigdeal.

Most of want to do something grandiose and I’m looking for a bit Spartan - for a man and a dog.

If any of you have a bear skin I’d like to borrow it to wear to the meetings...

I’ll check again but I looked at Texas Barndominiums and they don’t work in this area...Yes, they don’t work this far North.

I've enjoyed his videos, seems professional and decent.

I've kicked around the idea of building one of those.

His website shows quite a range for his service, geographically speaking.

Good luck to you.
