This is what I get. It was also the top rated by Cooks Illustrated. ________________________________________ -- Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I've been buying from Oliver's and Co. the last year or so. They have some great infused olive oil that make fantastic board sauces. Once I started using oils from these guys i realized most stuff I was using before was more grease than oil. Don't have a Costco nearby so I can't try their stuff but I can vouch for the Oliver's stuff! "Fixed fortifications are monuments to mans stupidity" - George S. Patton

Most of them on the market from Europe are fake. Which is a damn shame. We trust American farmers, and Ameerican regulators. Any of the California olive oils are going to be legit. I'll agree that California Olive Ranch is easy to find, and affordable, at a lot of places. My local Wal-mart even carries it. ______________________________________________________ Often times a very small man can cast a very large shadow

Aldi's EVOO is the best for the price I've ever seen. If you read the small print, it looks like it's mostly from Turkey, but it's not bad at all.
