Hmmm... Obama = Maduro
Except Obama flew non-US currency out of the country and Maduro believes in the old style hard currency gold.

MG34_DanThis Russian/Soviet action is not unheard of. The Soviets spirited away the gold reserves of Spain to Moscow during the Spanish Civil War in 1939. I don't know if Spain ever got the gold back.

CQB60560 tonnes of gold actually. It never made it back to Spain. Which had the 4th largest reserve at the time.
