The kid is phenomenal. Watch his cover of Dylan's 'Don't Think Twice.' Check out Marcus King also. Or Billy and Marcus together:

Para, you were all Gangsta a little while ago, now you're all Country. Next thing, you'll be a little Rock-n-Roll. Meanwhile- more from Billy Strings https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=ypS96LGN6WY ______________________________________________________________________ "When its time to shoot, shoot. HUGE Billy Strings fan here! And Marcus King is another living legend in the making! I just saw Marcus King on tour a few weeks ago - easily a top 5 show ever for me. Neither dude has a bad song! Billy goes into some kind of gangster trance about 5:00 minutes into this one! https://youtu.be/W4hrE42-l-I

That's pretty good. I like "country" so long as it doesn't come from a radio station. T. Junior has been around for a bit. Hellbilly music..

Bit better known but as long as you like good country: Chris Knight, “Little Victories.” https://youtu.be/9IvacMBoNiM Shaver, “Victory.” https://youtu.be/5q5vCQNaO_I Guy Clark, “Desparados” https://youtu.be/VbB5TRLF9mo

Billy Strings and Marcus King are both fantastic! Marcus was in school with our daughter until he dropped out after 10th grade to pursue music. He’s a 4th generation musician, and his dad was very supportive of his decision. When they were in 5th grade, my wife and I were able to attend the the school talent show. As you can imagine, kids were tap dancing, playing chopsticks on the piano, singing fairly on key, etc. Marcus came out and brought down the house playing the guitar…behind his head. He was in 5th grade, and was unbelievably good. For the past couple or few years, he’s been coming home and performing at The Peace Center in Greenville, SC…calls it the Hometown Throwdown. I’m not a musician, but I think it’s safe to say that both Billy Strings and Marcus King are truly prodigies.

Very nice. With a little more polish, a nextgen Tony Rice. When in doubt, mumble
