My two labs know when it is time to pickup the poop, skim the pool and change into my swim suit...they start herding me at about 4:30 p.m. as if they are members of the herding group.
At five o’clock the “throwing hour” begins. It coincides with my cocktail hour.
I get in the pool, they get balls thrown for an hour. We all get wet. They burn energy. I get my evening cocktail.
Walter would be fun to party with.

Walter is cool.
We recently went to Cape San Blas, FL and rented a beach house. The trip was planned around our Rottie, dog friendly house and dog friendly beach. Everything was perfect, until...
We thought she was just biting at the waves and not really drinking the water. Wrong!! Projectile diarrhea and lots of it from a 130 pound Rottie is kind of hard to pick up on the beach. We had to keep her on a leash to let her in the water after that, a tight hold to keep her head up.
She had a little accident over night in the house, somehow did not get it on her bed or the wall, pretty easy clean up. Fun times
