How can we help the political right in Europe?

MonkHow can we help the political right in Europe?
It's no secret that Europe is struggling at the moment. They face the same assault on culture and country from the left that we here in America do--except they're even further down the road to ruin. We've struck a huge blow for the free world with the election of Trump and with the installation of conservatives at most every level of our government. But that's not enough. The enemy has been routed but not defeated. Worldwide the left is as strong as ever. So as we move forward to make American great again, I ask, what can we do to help the political right in Europe?
As Americans we've generally been disinterested in European politics (that is, until it's time to intervene militarily). But at the election level, most Americans have no clue about the various candidates, much less the process through which each country elects its leaders. Which is unfortunate, because as we've seen from the 20th century political history, the left has been very good about offering support across the globe in the interest of furthering their ideology. While the right attempts to entice with ideas and ideals (freedom and democracy sound good, but really, what do they mean?), the left offers tangible support. They foment change, they stir up revolution, they influence elections and they get things done.
That is what the right needs to start doing.
It's easy to think in isolationist terms about Europe, that their problems are their problems and that what they do is of no real concern to us. I would argue the opposite is true, that the right is under assault globally, and that each defeat is a loss we can ill afford.
There are pivotal elections coming up in Germany and France (and probably in other countries too). How can we support the appropriate candidates? How can we show solidarity and, most importantly, how can we assist the right in gaining political ascendency there?

Balzé HalzéWell, I've been very tuned into what's going on in France for the past five years. I've been following the upcoming election pretty closely. In fact, I'm more informed at the moment than my wife who will actually be voting in the upcoming French election.
So what am I doing? I'm trying to educate my wife on the dangers of France and also Europe falling any deeper into the clutches of the hardcore left and socialism. France has a chance in April to at least stall the advance, and for my part I've been doing what I can to impress upon her how vital it is for them to do so.
Honestly though, i don't think there is a chance ever that she'll vote for Le Pen. Just no way. But this guy François Fillon does have a very good chance of winning, and I may be able to persuade her to cast her vote towards him. Maybe.

Tonyny Marine Le Pen says illegal migrant children should be banned from accessing free education or healthcareQuote:
After her speech she clarified her views, saying she only wanted to block education for immigrants who are in the country illegally, not all foreigners.
But she said any foreigner using the public education system without paying tax in France should have to contribute.
French far-right leader Marine Le Pen said today the children of illegal immigrants should be refused school places and free healthcare.
The leader of the Front National (FN) party told a conference in Paris: 'I've got nothing against foreigners but I say to them: if you come to our country, don't expect that you will be taken care of, treated (by the health system) and that your children will be educated for free.'
'That's finished now, it's the end of playtime,' she added.

sjtill Geert Wilders: reaction to his convictionGeert Wilders, head of the Dutch Freedom Party, has just been convicted of hate speech for leading a crowd in chants or something against Moroccan immigrants.
In the absence of the 1st Amendment, that would have happened to Trump here.
I believe Wilders is someone worth supporting; but how we do that I don't know. Perhaps the Trump administration can appoint ambassadors who will support policies of keeping Europe free.

Many in Europe are fed up, but it's a hard row to battle back against established socialism that's been in place for generations.
And careful with throwing stones. Remember, France has a strictly popular vote like every other country in Europe. There's a large ignorant mass out there that loves nothing more than to over power the minority. God bless our electoral college.

Holger DanskeExtreme nationalism based on shared ethnic and racial or other "correct-thinking" (i.e., sexuality, political position) identity. Hostility, expulsion, and "other" based on religious practice or "bad" religious/ethnic identity or incorrect political thinking?
What could possibly go wrong?

You're right. It's far better to sit idly by and be overtaken by the opposition--doing precisely the same thing--so you can bask exultant in your sense of moral superiority.

Russ59It's going to be hard to roll back generations of socialist policies. However, in the coming years, foreign born minorities will soon outnumber natives. European men and women aren't having "enough" children (rate of replenishment), while non-European migrants are out pacing the natives. Soon, Europe may shift right......way right.

TonynyThey should be denied everything but the right to go back to their own country. Same goes for the illegal aliens in America.

Perfect example of the kind of insanity going on in Europe and frankly we would be headed down that road too if the election went a different way once SCOTUS could have been packed with leftist justices. I read that in at least some countries in Europe, maybe France but not sure, you can be sent to prison if convicted of making speech construed as racist. Speaking out against man made climate change can get one in a whole lot of trouble too.

jigray3We supported them the best way we could. We elected Trump. Now, we show the world the way by staying focused, throwing off the shackles of big government collectivism, and offering an example of what a truly free people are capable of.

Elk HunterWe have family and friends in Germany.
By definition, they are all conservative.
Having said that, they have practically given up on turning their socialist "heaven" around.
The national gubbermint punishes news agencies for reporting on "immigrant" crimes. Essentially seizing private property to use as shelters for those "immigrants".
Do not forget that Merkle allowed nearly 2 million of them into the country without any type of vetting. Now, when the shit storm has started it is too damned late.
Saving Europe? Too late. They have been inundated (invaded) to the point that there is no recovery. It matters not which European country one considers, they have virtually all been overwhelmed.

MonkSo far it looks like we have La Pen for France, Geert for the Netherlands, and AfD for Germany.

OTDAfD wont get anywhere. These fu**ing goons are good on immigation that's all, but they have not got a cule about economy and any other issues it takes to run a government. If these fuckers are going to get somewhere, you will find me in the re$istance because LePen, AfD and all other members of this political stream are overly poplulatet with the NeoNazi scum. A breed we dont need anymore over here in Europe. You can have them all for free as a Christmas present.

airsoft guyHow about we fix our own house before meddling in the homes of others?
I don't like the idea of foreigners messing around with our politics, I can't imagine many around the world would like us doing the same to them.

Nope. I can download the party program of AdF and can read and understand it. I do not have to rely on translations or political websites giving me an interpretation of their BS. Can you? Have you been in Dresden? Have you dealth with the AfD goons in person?

JALLENThe various "-isms" get a more enthusiastic reception in Europe, because theirs is a tradition and culture of class, royalty, nobility, based on heritage. You were born into a certain class, and with few exceptions, that's where you lived. The "-isms" offered the hope of a way out of that.
Europeans have a different relationship to their government than we do. They are ruled. Thus far, here the government has been only tolerated, within prescribed limits.
Luckily, I have enough willpower to control the driving ambition that rages within me.
When you had the votes, we did things your way. Now, we have the votes and you will be doing things our way. This lesson in political reality from Lyndon B. Johnson
"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible." - Justice Janice Rogers Brown
