I had terrible service 3 mornings in a row while staying at the Ritz in San Juan. Not because I was black they just hired the worst possible person to man the host stand at the restaurant at 6am. I did not blab about it on social media I filled out the comment card on my last day and had a manger calling me less than 40 minutes after leaving the card. Bad service happens to everyone.
