Crocs may or may not be good footwear, but their customer no-service stinks. Looked at the website, saw two very similar styles, twenty dollar difference.

Hit the "Chat" button and after a wait, got connected to a rep who did not seem to understand my question: "What is the difference between Style # 123 and Style # 456?" I re-phrased the question a few times. She disconnected.

My email, asking the same question, to the address shown on the website -- CrocsCares@crocs.com -- has gone unanswered, although I have received a couple emails nagging them about my uncompleted purchase (item left in the cart).

Not impressed, so far.

Not much of a discount. Especially since as soon as I hit the link it offered the same discount via a code that had nothing to do with being military. So not really a military discount. Not to mention 55 bucks for plastic slides? Fuck that. This company screams out “why are we still in business?”

Here's how it went for me: I browsed their website and put a pair into my "cart," then I went away without completing the purchase.

Next day, I received an email informing me that I had left something in my cart, and offered a 25% discount to complete the purchase. I did not buy them, so I don't know whether the original 15% discount and the newly offered 25% discount would stack.
