Two of the Jr DFs and their significant others ( 1 wife, 1 girlfriend) went shooting today out in the desert. Tonight some of their friends came over to hang out and eat dinner. What a party. Dinner conversation turned to the shooting activity earlier. The friends showed interest and that was all it took.

Out came the guns for show and tell. Field strip demonstrations, bragging, stories, take-a-look-pass-it-on.... They fondled their guns, my guns and Mrs DFs guns. I stayed out of it and observed the gun show and watched my boys manage the scene safely. Gave me great pride that I didn't have to remind or nag.

The most popular guns were my suppressed pistols, my primary AR, my SIG556 SWAT, the several 1911s, an AK47 and a Benelli M1S90. Plenty of other guns passed hands, but those were favorites. It gave me great pride to see Jr DF #3s wife handle and field strip her guns.

Everything is back in the safes now and the party is winding down with the last of the guns used today being cleaned.
