Any Must See Series (Netflix, Prime Etc)
Looking for my next series to get into and looking for options. Ive seen the most popular of them. I’ve seen Homeland (my fav), Ozarks (2nd fav), Yellowstone and the offshoots, BreakiNg Bad, The Vikings, The Pope, Walking Dead, The Wire and maybe a few more im forgetting. Peeky Blinders I couldn’t do with the accents. What’s your suggestions ?

Reacher Series on Amazon. Very good adaptation of novels.

Lioness series on Paramount. Women trained CIA who are combo infiltrators, honey trap, and spec ops. Not a cookie cutter show.

The Expanse [Prime] if you like sci-fi.

The Americans [FX, maybe Hulu?]

Bosch [Prime]. I really enjoyed the main series. Legacy was ok, Ballard was pretty good.
Longmire, different to Bosch in that each episode seems to wrap itself up, where Bosch runs a season for the story arc.

Jack Ryan [Prime]

The Night Manager [Prime] Season 1 is excellent, season 2 good but less so

The Crown [Netflix] better than i expected.

The Enemy's gate is down.

I used to watch all of the Reacher episodes until I saw him running his head about our President. That did it for me.

We love Lioness I'll be watching it in about 30 minutes.

We like Night Agent on Netflix we are waiting on the new season.

I just finished Widows Bay on Apple and liked it. Very dry dark humor combined with New England horror.

I like Lioness a lot, but the scene in the latest episode where she is explaining to her husband how the news was just propaganda was simply amazing.

Most of the ones I've liked have already been mentioned. The Expanse is my favorite.

Watching MobLand now (Hardy, Brosnan, Mirren) if you like English crime.

Slow Horses is great, as is The Gentlemen. There was one series that has a new season coming out, but I can't remember the name. Department Q? Detective comes back after being shot, paired with a former Syrian and a couple of other "oddball" types.

Fauda is a good Israeli show.

That's all I have for now. Big Grin

The Terminal List on Prime (Season 2 coming soon), The Terminal List: Dark Wolf is also very good

Dark Matter on Apple TV - Very creative premise, Season 2 just dropped

Lanterns on HBO Max is new and surprisingly good (I am generally not a fan of the DC comics stuff)

I don't see The Sopranos on your list, if not, it is a must. I think Better Call Saul is a brilliant series as well, same with the first season of True Detective. Also the first season of Fargo with Billy Bob Thornton. I have no idea on the status of streaming/renting of these series.

Game of Thrones

Thanks for the reminder. I did see Sopranos back in the day. That was one of the old-school original series. I also caught better call Saul, which was amazing.

We just stumbled upon “The Gentlemen” last week and power-watched both seasons in about 5 days.

Absolutely loved it.

It was picked up for a third season, but not expected to be out until 2028

What part of "...Shall not be infringed" don't you understand???

The Night Agent

Slow Horses (British accents, but not as bad as Peeky Blinders)

Don't think anyone has mentioned Tulsa King.

In addition to most of the rest, Landman on Prime/Paramount.
