OK, chainmail scrubber fans, I see two of ‘em on Amazon that appear to be identical, except that one of them is $10 cheaper. Any personal experience with the cheaper Amagabeli? I got mine from Smithey when I bought one of their pans. Pan is fantastic, smooth as a baby's butt. https://smitheyironware.com/pr...ategory/accessories/ Place your clothes and weapons where you can find them in the dark. “If in winning a race, you lose the respect of your fellow competitors, then you have won nothing” - Paul Elvstrom "The Great Dane" 1928 - 2016

i generally just pour a bit of oil in it and heat it a bit and wipe with a paper towel and wala. I have an old narrow metal spatula and do a little scraping if a bit stuck. "Practice like you want to play in the game"
