Security seems (as seen on TV) today much more intense than in 1968 when I was at an RFK campaign event (twice). One at the airport arrival, I shook his hand. And two at a mall speech next day, I was 10 feet away, standing next to Candy Ber... er, Murphy Brown.
Then, at his next stop.....
