Dominion's ICP is a ballot scanner used at polling places which use paper ballots. You fill out the ballot, and then scan it when you're done.

They actually consider this stuff legitimate news, and the people reading it fully believe it. When you happen to converse with normal people from the other side and wonder how they could possibly believe the crap they're spewing, this is why. Regular people, suburban house moms, high school and college students, who are otherwise not political probably have the yahoo app and get their news from it. I choose not to close my eyes to the propaganda that is pumped into their mushy skulls every day. It keeps me ahead of their bullshit.
