CzechvarThe Trump Presidency : Year IV
Options are getting thin, there are still more Lawsuits in progress. There is also still the EO and the CIA Servers from Frankfurt. We might actually get to Martial Law.
https://www.whitehouse.gov/pre...ted-states-election/Very disappointed SCOTUS punted...See where Trump goes next before we get to the Frederick Douglass solution.

LargefarvaFucking cowards. Fuck them all with the exception of Alito and Thomas. They have no idea the damage this is going to cause.

They only said the would have granted a hearing since state v. state is in their jurisdiction. They went out of their way to say nothing else and that they had no other views on the matter other than they voted to hear it because of the state v. state issue.
That does not mean, in any way, shape or form, they would have agreed with Texas and granted the relief they sought. Not close and not even a hint in these dissents on hearing the case there was merit in the relief requested.

LargefarvaI just read that SCOTUS just has a problem with the wording in the complaint...change the wording (legalese that I don’t understand myself) to change the scope or whatever and they will take it? Saw it on Facebook so take that for what it’s worth. But hoping someone here with more knowledge in these issues might know what this might be about.

The DID NOT Hear the Case! Therefore they were not in a position to have have agreed with Texas and grant the relief they sought!

Anyone want to do a group buy on Rosetta Stone Chinese lessons? I need to brush up on my Mandarin. Or is it Cantonese? I guess I'll be educated soon enough...

ensigmaticSent to both my Michigan State Representative and State Senator, with copies to the Michigan House Speaker and Senate Majority Leader:
quote:
Dear Legislator,
Several days ago Michigan's "legislative leaders" have issued a statement that read, in part:
"We have not yet been made aware of any information that woul change the outcome of the election in Michigan and as legislative leaders, we will follow the law and follow the normal process regarding Michigan’s electors, just as we have said throughout this election."
I've watched the hearings. I've seen more than enough to convince me something went badly-awry in Michigan.
Michigan's GOP-dominated Legislature failed to rein-in Governor Whitmer's egregious violations of Michigan's Constitution. You again shirked your responsibilities when Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson up-ended the election laws of Michigan. Now it seems you're going to fail your constituency again.
You may rest assured I will never cast another vote for a Republican in the State of Michigan, or elsewhere, ever again.
No response is necessary, Legislator. Nothing you or any Republican has to say is of any interest to me any longer.
And I do mean it. I will never vote for another Republican ever again.

Might not make any difference anyway. Trump goes 3rd party and takes his 73 million plus voters with him the repubicans.....er I mean republicans are done.
