Those idiots have no idea what a totalitarian system is like.

They should talk with the Cubans in Miami who fled Castro or the Germans, Czech, Hungarians and Poles who fled the Soviet system.

These histories are available for anyone to study them...but they're so diluted, their brain wouldn't allow them comprehend the parallels. These are the same fools that have ruined places like the big cities on the west coast, which they then flee, go to a new area, and begin anew with their same destructive ways, oblivious to the fact that THEY are the cause to what they're fleeing from.

The embodiment of 'Be careful what you wish for...'

Unfortunately, their actions don't exist in a vacuum...and effect us as well.

I keep hearing conflicting stories about the SC taking the TX lawsuit. Supposedly its on their docket but I've heard that they actually haven't agreed to take it. Anyone know anything for certain?

^^It seems like a lotta eggs in one BIG basket...hoping roughly 1/3 of the states involved gets the appropriate attention...this can't be dismissed as one or two 'rogue' AG's or something...

President Trump is still working to improve the world we live in.

Israel, Morocco agree to normalise relations in US-brokered deal
Under the agreement, Morocco will establish full diplomatic relations and resume official contacts with Israel.

People love the idea of the free crap they're being promised by the democrat socialists. They don't understand what they're forfeiting in return.

It's sad to think that all the good things promised and accomplished by President Trump could be undone by obiden and his ilk.

It is most certainly on SCOTUS' docket: Texas v. Pennsylvania, et al. And they have demanded the defendant states file preliminary responses by today. Pennsylvania has, already. (It's ludicrous, IMO.) But it is my understanding SCOTUS has not (yet?) agreed to hear the case.

We'll see what happens after 3:30pm today, the deadline for the four states/defendants.

Wasn't it something like: drop the case or else. Or in other words, nice country you got there; be a shame if something happened to it.

What happens if the other three states don’t reply?

If the deadline is at 3:30pm eastern time then it looks like a little over and hour to go.

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

I believe it boiled-down to three arguments: "Lower courts have tossed similar lawsuits. Deciding in favor of the plaintiffs will result in distrust in our Constitutional order. If you don't toss this out there will be rioting in the streets."

Apologies. I'm pawing thru too many threads, and got disoriented.

It only stands to reason that where there's sacrifice, there's someone collecting the sacrificial offerings. Where there's service, there is someone being served. The man who speaks to you of sacrifice is speaking of slaves and masters, and intends to be the master.

I believe there is a God and His hand helped form this country and that the Constitution is an inspired document. chellim1 was right that it's hanging by a thread.

I've said this before, but He gets a vote in this. He also writes things down, so when you look at the two sides, notice one side has states that stand with the Constitution and religious liberties, and the others are those who have been trying to destroy our country and closed churches.

The lines are drawn. I don't know if we win this case, but we are standing with God and the blessings He has given us. No matter what things aren't going how the other side is planning them.
