Harris is trying to use the same techniques Biden used in his debate with Paul Ryan. She smirks and shakes her head while the Vice President makes his points. She is acting like a six year old while Pence is looking presidential. He is a gentleman and she is nothing more than a shrew.

Pence is pretty good at this. He generally ignores her smirks and does not get suckered into stupid arguments. He is calm, reasoned and intelligent. He is quite polite which allows him to speak over the Moderator when he chooses. I have been pleased with his performance.
