And everyone one of those military officers, retired or still on active duty, that had anything to do with the Trump impeachment or attempted subterfuge of Presidential Authority, should be tried under UCMJ Article 88 for uttering “contemptuous words”.

If you are retired from Active Duty list but drawing a military retirement check, you are still subject to the UCMJ and can be recalled are prosecuted. I’m specifically looking at General Milley and LTC Vindman for this.

Interesting tidbit. I was not aware this was the case.

The short answer is President Trump needs to demand the immediate resignation of every Schedule C employee (political appointees) AND require every member of the Senior executive Service (SES) to take a different position, preferably in the middle of North Dakota in the late fall (I know, that's like 3 days away, but you get the idea).

Schedule C are at-will employees.

SES must take any assignment ordered or resign.

I don't condone doing to the left what they did to Trump. I don't want to see any (pun intended) Trumped up charges.

However, they have repeatedly claimed that nobody is above the law, and I'm a full believer in turnabout being fair play. Surely those who have been so loud about Trump's law breaking have broken a few themselves.

Therefore, they should be looked into and prosecuted if any legitimate criminal activity is found.

I said it then, and will say again that based on what I understand about Milley’s orders to his subordinates that they were in effect not to obey orders of President Trump without notifying Milley, i.e., clearing them with him first, were a violation of Article 94, attempted mutiny.

And although I don’t know what statute(s) would be involved, I cannot believe Milley’s contact with China about the same time was not also a serious offense.
