In today's press briefing it was said that the Justices agreed it could be undone just not the way Trump did it -this time.

This is complete and utter bullshit. One, the issue was an EO for which the court has no business meddling. Two, as Cruz noted, this is a stalling effort by a majority of the court hoping for a liberal POS to be elected president in November so they don't have to deal with such issues again. And three, it matter not how the case is worded or presented to SCOTUS, four un-American pieces of garbage will vote against it, and there is zero guarantee Roberts wouldn't play the same game when this is presented again. Roberts is without a doubt a clear and present danger to the future of this country.
When all nine justices agree unquestionably that the president has the authority to revoke this unconstitutional/unlawful EO by Barry the Wonder Putz (as they did), there is only one outcome that is rational and ethical in this case. Unfortunately Roberts opted for the irrational, unethical, solution with the rest of the liberal filth.
And for those suggesting Roberts should be removed, I'm with you...in sentiment. Unfortunately, short of Roberts resigning/retiring or croaking, there is no way to remove him from the court. And trust me, from what we've seen of his agenda of late, he's not going anywhere for quite some time.

Many court cases have been decided upon procedural issues rather than on the merits of the case. As one judge friend of mine was fond of saying, his job is to call balls and strikes. If they take the time to get it right and come back with a procedurally correct case the court will decide in the administration's favor, in my estimation.
