Even still, at this point Trump is 47. If so, then who is the most competent VP? That should be the pick. Unless Youngkin is more competent than Vance (and not just more appealing in some manner other than competency), then Vance may be a good choice.

Folks need to stop with the "Vance was against Trump years ago". He has turned around and has been nothing but a hardcore MAGA Trumper. I'm so glad he didn't pick that ND governor, a totally unrecognized politician, unless you live in ND.

Trump isn’t perfect, but he is smart. I have no doubt Trump’s team and Trump himself have taken everything he learned in the first term to heart.

If Trump says JD Vance is his man then I have full faith and trust Trump’s choice and judgement.
