Has nothing to do with headhunting, but... in my previous job I led a crew of 11 people. I gave thanks every day that I didn't have any "problem children." Even the one I was certain would be my problem child when I took the job ended up not being a problem. It came down to learning his personality -- he'd do anything I asked, I just had to learn to ask about five minutes early, to give him time to fuss about it a little bit. After he was finished venting, he was all over the task.

I had one who had some trouble getting there on time every day, but she put in a solid effort when she did arrive. And usually, her tardiness had to do with her son's school schedule. Her work wasn't tied directly to production, so it really didn't bother me -- I felt like she made up her missed effort, and she tackled any task assigned.

Over all, I had a good team.

God bless America.

I was kinda shocked when they were sitting there.
After hour 2, the HR manager interrupted and told them I needed a break.
She took me to a break room and made sure I relaxed and hydrated.
The next 2 hours were't as intense.

I'll tell you this. They knew most EVERYTHING about me.

I didn't record it. They did. With a video camera.
Investigator missed one detail. One thing I rarely if ever talk about.

Hiring an attorney for a litigation position. She had a great cv and she listed a federal judge as her first reference. Called the judge and mentioned her name and her replied "before you go any further I'd suggest calling the district attorney and getting her criminal history."

Thanks for your response. Was this for a spy position with the CIA? I have had similar interviews and always turned down the job because of the intensity of the interview.

I would've walked out. I wouldn't work for a company like that.
