I agree with others, they will appear and take the 5th. It’s the best legal recourse they have and what should have been done after they were subpoenaed. Not doing so on the first go around makes them look guilty and a was a bad strategic move on their part. They are vile human beings!

It is a misdemeanor punishable by 1 to 12 months in prison.
