Call initially went out as an active shooter at a large mall, after multiple people called 911 to report gunshots. This resulted in a citywide emergency response.
Turned out to be a group of ~50 rioting teens, setting off fireworks (mistaken for gunshots), fighting, and damaging stores.
Never seen anything like that. Expected a lot & way underestimated
The Enemy's gate is down.

Everything says a fight between teens at a mall. Probsbly gang bangers. Did they need 60 police cars? No, but this usually happens. Maybe they were afraid someone would start shooting in a crowded mall. Maybe nothing better to do.

What better way to clear out the rest of the city of LEOs so that more gang bangers can do their thing! Hopefully nobody else had an emergency while this was going down!
