I really like Microtech knives. They are pricey, but I think they are worth it. My favorite is my original Halo. It's an out the front, but to get the blade to go back in you have cock it back in with the bottom part of the handle. Check out Blade HQ, they usually have good prices.

I have a couple of Halos, but both are double edged.

For whatever reason, I like the OTF autos.
As a child, my dad brought me an OTF and a folder from one of his trips to Mexico.
Pretty cool gifts for a 10 year old.
I still have the folder.
