AglifterEndorsing Pilates for anyone else who broke themselves in their youth
I’m feeling EVERY injury, and I think paying for private instruction is a good idea - at least from the person I’m going to.
But, my joints are getting stronger, and more stable, and more reliable.
I’m looking forward to be able to do a bit of light training in a few months.
It isn’t working miracles - my knee is still missing bits - but I’m hoping to work my way up to 50-60% WR lifts. (Get my body weight down to 250/maybe 220, with a 405 DL/squat and 285-315 OHP)
Nothing really that impressive, but being able to do some hand balance work, etc again, and still toss around a few hundred pounds will help my peace of mind.
