Need some photo editing help with a old photo
I have a photo I took while running to load onto Huey Helicopters in 1986. The shot was cool but grainy from whatever film I used. Is there anyone who has good photo editing software and the know how to make this photo enhanced so that when I blow it up for a small print it won’t become grainy? Thanks in advance.

*I forgot to me to mention, the purpose of this is so that I can blow it up into a larger framed photo/print to frame and hang on the wall and the photo not look so grainy.

You might try AI Image Upscaler that also enhances and is free.

I'll also give it a shot if you want.

I think the quality of the original scan into digital format will be the limiter. What tool was used to do that?
