Anyone ever use it? Does it do what it says it does, or is it a gimmick? Can use on any surface, car, upholstery, appliances? Someone told me about it and they’re planning on buying some. Reviews are mixed on Amazon. I don’t sell this and am no way affiliated with them. This is the only link I could find.
I found a sale, it was 5, 16oz bottles and 2 microfiber towels, for like $45.00.
I gave it a try. I have to say I'm fairly impressed. It beads water like crazy, and the car stays a little cleaner, as the stuff doesn't stick as bad. The car is much easier to wash, because stuff doesn't stick as well.
The last good full detail cleaning I done last November, where I gave it the last coat before I did my first good full detail cleaning the end of March, it was still beading water like mad.
Is it the best? I don't know. Is it better than what you are looking at? I don't know. But I have seen test, by more than one person that The Last Coat 2.0 beat that. So, there is that.
I have used, and still used P&S Bead Maker. It doesn't last as long, but when combined together. The shine is outstanding!
I fully clean, clay bar the car. Make sure it is clean, then I usually wash again to make sure. Dry the car, and apply The Last Coat, let it cure for a couple of hours, finish the inside, then apply P&S Bead Maker on top.
Both by themselves give a great shine, but together, it's truly great. I'm not kidding when I say that I get multiple compliments on my car, almost daily. Just tonight, I decided that I didn't want to cook, had a coupon for Domino's pizza, so I ordered and went to pick it up, as nobody delivers to where I live.
I stopped and got a 12 pack of soda, and 3 people told me they loved my car how great it looks. Get to Domino's, and the guy at the window says the same thing, and 2 delivery drivers also told me how great the car looks.
It's a 7 year old Subaru WRX, and it looks new.

Have I tried it? Yes sir I have. Would I ever use it again or recommend it to anyone else? Absolutely not. There are a dozen plus better products available to you online for a whole lot less money.
What specifically do you want to use something like this for?

Glare Polish is a great polish/sealant. See the results below. There was a lot of washing and prep that went into it, but it certainly was worth it.

There is no magic formula out there. Proper washing and waxing with any product will provide a nice shine. The only secret formula is paint correction and ceramic coating, but it's super expensive.
If you have a beater to practice on you can buy a buffer and cut/polish/wax or polish/wax. That is all paint correction is, but it sounds fancier.
