I have no advise to offer but just wanted to say that sucks and I understand.
I can't be a passenger in a car if we are going to be in the mountains or near any kind of heights.

There is a cure. Take a few flights with a young Army Warrant Officer flying in a helicopter, especially Nap of the Earth. Flying in a "real" aircraft after that will be like sitting on a sofa.
