We currently have two ice cream stores in South Florida. One located in Miami Beach and the other in West Palm Beach.

We are looking for someone energetic, ambitious, personable, self-reliant, and good with working with a younger workforce.

We want someone who’s looking to grow the job.

We pay a 5% bonus on all increased sales, monthly. Base salary is $60k.

We cover taking the Brightline back and forth to WPB, parking in Miami Beach, etc.

We give preference to vets, especially anyone with a “trainer” background.

The schedule is flexible, but it does involve, occasionally, working behind the counter of the stores - either to cover a missed shift, or be a good face of the company/talk to customers/network during peak hours, etc.

Being able to speak Spanish is a requirement. An applicant who does not, but have a demonstrable proficiency with learning foreign languages will be considered.

We are looking for someone who can be fairly autonomous. I think our other regional GMs maybe send a slack message or two a day, and chat with us about once a week.

This is a career job, and we want someone who wants to grow with the company.
