Paul Harrell apparently has pancreatic cancer and will hand over his you tube channel to his brother.
Sad news. I really enjoyed watching his channel.

I feel like I've lost a friend.
I don't have any actual ones left.

I've never watched his channel until now.
That was pretty quick.
And, like others, I admire his attitude as he made his "I'm dead" video. Rest in peace.
"It did not really matter what we expected from life, but rather what life expected from us. We needed to stop asking about the meaning of life, and instead to think of ourselves as those who were being questioned by life – daily and hourly. Our answer must consist not in talk and meditation, but in right action and in right conduct. Life ultimately means taking the responsibility to find the right answer to its problems and to fulfill the tasks which it constantly sets for each individual." Viktor Frankl, Man's Search for Meaning, 1946.

One of the comments on the YouTube video fit perfectly:
“It is foolish and wrong to mourn the men who died. Rather, we should thank God that such men lived.” -Gen George Patton
Another one that fit was that the cancer died when Paul died so it's not a loss, it's a draw.
RIP.

That was a difficult video to click on. I've watched his videos on and off over the years. RIP, Mr. Harrell. Your videos were quite informative and--well if I'm going to be honest--most of the time entertaining. There's already a noticeable void with your passing.

I really appreciated his stuff, not flashy just good info with a solid presentation. If you messaged him he would shoot you something back and just talk. That video was a hard watch, what a good humble man.

I thought I posted about his passing but couldn’t find it. He was a legend and will be missed.
I always enjoyed his very informative and well produced videos, and found his subtle sense of humor and clever one-liners pretty damn hilarious.
Thank you Mr. Harrell, and Rest In Peace.

Brought home a box of Pumpkin Pie Pop Tarts today, thought of him as soon as I saw them.
